I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Rome Eur La Lama. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you are visiting the EUR district. It is close to public transportation, making it convenient to reach the city center while enjoying a quieter environment. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Aurora, Giuliana, and Louise for their kindness, prompt responses, and genuine hospitality. They made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated how quickly my requests, such as toiletries and other amenities, were handled. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Hilton Rome Eur La Lama to anyone visiting Rome. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a three-minute walk from the subway exit, and there's a bus stop right outside. Our corner room had a great view, the air conditioning was very comfortable, and room service was quite prompt. The hotel breakfast was amazing, I stuffed myself every day. The snacks and happy hour at the executive lounge were also fantastic.

The only issue we faced was that the trash was not emptied after housekeeping. We had to call three times before someone came to remove it. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a fitness center and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's not too far from the subway and bus stops, and you can reach the city center in about 30-40 minutes. There are plenty of dining options nearby and a park, but I didn't find any supermarkets.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the convention center and very close to the subway station. It felt very safe walking back at night. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a twin room. However, the staff kept saying we hadn't paid the city tax, then that breakfast wasn't included. After a lot of back-and-forth, we finally didn't have to pay extra. But it's been 4 days since I checked out, and my deposit still hasn't been refunded. I hope it can be returned on time.

This modern hotel in Rome's new district was built recently. While it's a bit far from attractions, it has a direct metro line, and the airport is a convenient twenty-minute drive away. It offers great value for money, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is the extremely expensive laundry service – you could practically buy new clothes for the price!

The glass elevator felt a bit unsafe and would shake, but for the price and room size in Rome, it was acceptable.

Satisfied! A relatively good value-for-money Hilton near Rome. The elevator is fully transparent. High Chinese occupancy, haha, almost 80% chance of encountering Chinese people in the elevator.

The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is great and the rooms are spacious. It's a bit of a trek to the city center, but it's very quiet! The service was also good.

I chose this hotel because it's new in Rome. My only minor complaint is that they host some tour groups, which can make it a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, everything was perfect. A taxi to the main attractions and the train station takes only 20-30 minutes and costs about 20-30 Euros.

I have stayed at many Hilton properties around the world, but I regret to say that this was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had with the brand. There were several major issues that significantly impacted my stay: • Air Conditioning: The AC unit was incredibly noisy every single night. It was impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep with the constant mechanical clatter. • Bathroom Design: The shower enclosure has a serious design flaw. The waterproofing is non-existent, and water leaks out onto the bathroom floor every time I shower. It's both messy and a safety hazard. • Location: While I knew it was in the EUR district, the commute to the city center took nearly 30 minutes each way, which is something future travelers should keep in mind if they plan on frequent sightseeing. The only saving grace was the breakfast, which was actually quite good and offered high-quality options. However, given the poor sleep and the bathroom issues, I would not choose to stay here again.
