We stayed 4 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The room is clean, modern and luxuriously decorated. The staffs were friendly and warm. Location might not be in the city centre but it is just a short 5 minutes walk to the metro which takes us right into city centre. I have no complaints. Despite 3/6 lifts being down most of the time, we didn’t have to wait too long for service. Lastly, breakfast spread is excellent as well.

It was amazing! They were courteous and you get your money’s worth. Its near a train station but a bit far from the city attractions. But their breakfast is a must.

Clean rooms , good staff service. Awful elevators service . They were broken most of time I stayed .

The breakfast is not as expected as a Hilton hotel, should be improved with more variety. Room amenities not as expected.

I was satisfied with my trip.

This is the best hotel I stayed in during the May Day trip. The room is big enough, the location is convenient, and the breakfast is great! On the last day, I saw a guest who looked like the Korean actress Han Hyo Joo while having breakfast!

The room is clean and tidy. It is relatively convenient to eat near the hotel. Service: The lady who checked me in was very warm and nice. However, I stayed for four days and only provided water on the first day. No one answered the phone when I called the service department. I went to the front desk to ask for water, but they promised to give me water but didn't even ask for the room number. It was very perfunctory. The service was terrible. Facilities: There are six elevators in total, and three of them are always broken. From 10 am to 11 pm, the peak check-out period, I could hardly wait for the elevator. Finally, I had to take the service elevator downstairs.

The room was quite big, but the facilities were extremely simple. The area was far from the city center, and there were no supporting facilities around. If you wanted to eat or drink, you had to get it at the hotel. Fortunately, the service staff was nice and helped communicate with the taxi driver to pay the fare by credit card. I called the front desk to get toilet paper and waited for a long time but no one came. The bathroom design was very unreasonable, and water would leak. They didn't even come to clean it once in the two days I stayed there.

To be honest, the hardware is OK, but it is too far from the city, and there are no supermarkets or anything like that. The most unbearable thing is that the shower gets clogged as soon as you take a shower, so you don't dare to take a shower at all.

I requested and ate breakfast and it was okay. It was great for a family to stay, and the lobby was a little small, but not bad.

The receptionist and the doorman are rubbish. I said thank you but they acted condescending and held their heads high. I had an early flight and couldn't sit on the sofa in the lobby for a while. They had to drive me away and asked for my room number before I left. Why did you ask me for my room number when I had already checked out? This is a rubbish hotel. It's far from the city and not close to the airport.

The room is OK, the breakfast is also good, the service is also warm, the tea restaurant downstairs is also good, you can sit down and rest, the space is also good, I will come again next time, the overall feeling is good,

Although the hotel is not in the city, it is very close to the subway station, and the subway is very convenient. However, there are too many thieves in Italy.
