Struttura nuova, arredata bene.
Funzionale in tutto tranne che per i divani letto, che così non possono chiamarsi. Si tratta infatti di 2 materassi di spessore ridotto, scomodi e senza appoggio in una rete sollevata o in doghe. La seconda notte abbiamo dovuto far dormire i bambini nel letto matrimoniale con noi.

Un perfetto b&b, moderno , efficente, silenzioso, pulito e con tutti i confort. La stanza è grande e spaziosa. I proprietari, sono gentili e accoglienti. Peccato aver potuto passare soltanto una sola notte...torneremo.

Il Bed and Breakfast è una struttura nuova e molto carina, la stanza (junior Suite) enorme con un bagno ed una doccia molto comodi; si trova in zona San Giovanni, a pochi passi dalla basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano; noi comunque ci siamo mossi molto a piedi essendo la struttura a soli 4 km circa dalla zona Fori Imperiali e Colosseo; volendo comunque a pochi passi c'è la fermata della Metro. Ottima la colazione con brioches, torta, succhi e quant'altro. La gentilissima titolare ci ha fatto risolvere un problema con l'aria condizionata nonostante fosse domenica, tutto positivo quindi

Nice Spaceous room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed ,with memory foam mattress and pillow. Only downfall was that sheets were spotted and not in prestine condition.A bit far away from main attractions in Rome . 35min walk to Colosseum and 40min walk to main train station in town.

The accommodation was wonderful. In a good location, next to metro stations but also within walking distance. The room was exactly as in the photos, very clean and tasteful. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly. The owner was very sweet, kind and always willing to help. Although we were leaving very early in the morning, she made sure we had breakfast at our disposal! It was a very pleasant experience

Il B&B in cui stiamo soggiornando è davvero molto bello: di recente ristrutturazione, è stato arredato con gusto è stile, già all’ingresso dell’edificio è possibile capire quanta cura c’è nel dettaglio. Camere luminose, spaziose e con oggetti che vi faranno innamorare. Ubicazione favorevole e ben servita anche dalla metro, per arrivare in zona Colosseo è più facile a piedi, qualche km con lo sguardo in alto.. ed è fatta! Non ho potuto aspettare la fine vacanza perché vale la pena fare il passaparola fin da subito! Complimenti ai proprietari, la Sig.ra di una gentilezza unica oltre alla molteplice disponibilità. Torneremo, sicuramente quì!

Soggiorno di 4 giorni a Roma … Posizione ottima (vicinissimo alla fermata Lodi metro C e 10 minuti a piedi da San Giovanni metro A )… Camera molto grande arredata veramente bene … Doccia grandissima … Personale molto cordiale ….Assolutamente consigliato
