Certes c’est pas un hôtel luxueux, mais cet établissement possède avantages: Sa proximité de la gare de termini (400m à pied). Le personnel est très accueillant et très sympa Une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée pour chacun d’entre nous. La chambre est spacieuse, les lits sont confortables. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Merci au réceptionniste qui s’est levé tôt le matin (3h) pour venir nous aider à porter nos valises. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

共同の建物の中にあり、メインエントランスが分かりずらいので事前に場所の確認を念入りにしたほうがいいと思う。テルミニ駅から歩ける距離ですが大きなスーツケースを押しながらは結構大変でした。セキュリティは良い。部屋は普通。値段的に一泊なら十分だった。

I want to say something, I booked it because of the photos it showed of the room, however, it was very different from the room they gave me. I mean, they used a photo to hook customers. This is definitely not the first time this has happened to me with Hotel.com. Pay more than 100 euros, for something that is not worth more than 35 euros. In addition, the room was not ready, it did not have television, air conditioning, I had to call and 15 minutes later, well, there was a solution and the bathroom was horrible. But the room I rented on Hotel.com, it's nothing like the one they measured, not at all. I'm disappointed.

This is cheap, and you get what you pay for. The room was not great and did not contain all the things listed on their website. It was difficult to find, and the receptionist was very strange and not welcoming at all. He wouldnt give us change back when we paid for tourist taxes. AC didnt work, windows could not be closed properly. Do not order breakfast, as they dont serve any. Overall, not great

Posizione carina vicina alla stazione e comoda per i mezzi vista la presenza di varie fermate dell’autobus. Camere normali non grandissime e bagno abbastanza piccolo (senza bidet) ma il problema è la pulizia. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni e non ci è mai stata rifatta la stanza solo il primo giorno ci sono stati consegnati gli asciugamani puliti.. Il personale è abbastanza disponibile ma difficile comunicarci visto che non parlavano quasi per niente l’italiano.

Lo peor que viví en mi vida. Tratate de contactarme con los propietarios para la devolución de mi dinero.caso contrario haré una denuncia a la secretaria de turismo en Roma. Jamás la pasamos tan mal . Sucio el baño con olor a orina,además del trato poco cordial y la forma de traslado a la,habitación. Todo de décima categoría.
