ハネムーンでの利用だと伝えていたところ、チェックイン時にお部屋にシャンパンとメッセージカードを用意してくれていて嬉しかったです。フロントの方も気さくで気持ちの良い接客をしてくれるホテルでした！

My second stay at UVisionary, the first time was in January.
I did have a problem with this fridge which wasn't cooling and the tv remote not working but it was fixed very quickly. There we no wine glasses in my room.
Everyone was lovely and I will stay again, the location is the best.

酒店位置很好，羅馬市中心，步行去羅馬的景點很方便，旁邊就是羅馬最大的購物商場。周圍很安全。酒店服務很周到，主動，相當滿意。房間不算大，夠用，衞生間乾濕分離，浴室很大，水很沖。酒店是現代範兒設計，特別是燈光，都是點式發光，房間色調黑色的，比較暗，年輕人可能比較喜歡，但我這個年齡不太習慣。房間空調聲音大。酒店餐廳環境很好，早餐特別好，甜點超讚。

Best hotel in Rome, locations is perfect, we have stayed here 3 times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome…Hotel Manager Giacomo and the rest of the staff are amazing!

What a find In Rome. Very nice hotel. Central to all the locations you want to visit. Valarie at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Thankfully for me, her English was way better than my Italian. As for the Rooftop Bar, GoGo was a true professional. His service and demeanor was beyond reproach. The only hesitation I have in recommending this hotel is that the secret will get out and I will have a problem booking on my next trip.

Enjoyed our stay in Rome. Very convenient location, walked to best sites and great restaurants. Rooms were awesome, perfect for our stay. Truly enjoyed the staff. Valeria and Gogo were awesome! Could not have been better. Definitely would book again.

Lovely centrally situated hotel with a chilled roof terrace. Special mentions for Gogo (great waiter very friendly, helpful and courteous), Chemma (lovely porter and couldn't do enough for you) and our maid who cleaned our room daily and kept us organsied). A week was not long enough....we will be back :)

A great experience at the U-Visionary in Rome. The Central location is a winner and we must compliment Gogo for his exceptional service. The Rooftop bar was our sanctuary each day after walking our daily 20,000 steps. Rooms are modern and clean.
