Mai più! Con una amica abbiamo affittato una casetta mobile per il week end di luglio . Abbiamo trovato una casa invasa da formiche (grandi) e la casa sporca. Abbiamo sollecitato per l'accaduto con aria saccente e scocciata ci hanno dato un insetticida da mettere NOI nella casetta. La donna delle pulizie è venuta a ripulire ma tutto inutile. Siamo state 2 giorni con con le formiche e la sporcizia in bagno e in cucina sul lavandino etc costringendoci a lavarci i denti altrove dallo schifo. La cosa peggiore è che al.momento del check out non ci hanno fatto nemmeno un po di sconto abbiamo esposto la nostra lamentela e detto che pagare per 2 notti 240 euro per avere questo trattamento era assurdo. Con aria strafottente e stizzita la dipendente ci ha risposto " perché siete rimaste 2 notti non potevate andarvene prima?" . Siamo rimaste basite a dire poco!allego foto per rendere l'idea

Very nice campsite surrounded by greenery with a wonderful equipped private beach where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Peace and tranquility reign here. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended

Innanzitutto un grazie speciale alle sorelle che gestiscono i camping, sempre a disposizione per ogni richiesta con il sorriso e la voglia di aiutare. La struttura è veramente un vero campeggio ma con in più sistemazioni molto particolari come le Sky lodge o le air lodge, una sorta di ******** all'italiana. Veramente complimenti per tutto e anche per la pizza

We stayed three days in this structure and we had a really good time... I thank the employees at the reception for their friendliness and hospitality as well as the owner for the service offered and for allowing my three boys to visit Rome!!!! !

Non scrivo mai recensioni, quando un posto non soddisfa le mie esigenze mi limito a non tornarci. In questo caso, voglio segnalare la mancanza di attenzione, cura ed efficienza della gestione Parco del Lago perché è imbarazzante. Come evidenziato dalla mia compagna di viaggio abbiamo affittato una casetta mobile per due giorni, prezzo 240 EURO. La casetta era piena di formiche. Il fatto di stare in campeggio non significa che la casetta dovesse essere infestata da formiche, in bagno e cucina. Ho deciso di segnalare il disservizio non tanto per gli insetti in se, che ribadisco possono stare in tenda ma non cosi tante in una casetta, quanto per la gestione del problema. Si è dapprima messo in discussione ciò che dicevamo, poi ci è stata data una bomboletta in mano di dtt per uccidere la formiche e, Dulcis in fondo, quando abbiamo pagato siamo state liquidate con un "POTEVATE ANDARVENE PRIMA". Le formiche si tollerano, la maleducazione e strafottenza di gestori incapaci no. Lago bellissimo, gestione pessima. Peccato.
