Ottima soluzione nel cuore di Roma, davanti al teatro Sistina e a pochi passi da Trinità dei Monti, Fontana di Trevi, piazza Barberini....host gentilissimo...stanza pulitissima....a disposizione acqua, bevande, caffè e piccoli snack in qualunque momento...possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per tutto il giorno fino all' ora della partenza....lo consiglio a tutti

Lovely location, very close to The Trevi Fountain, shops and restaurants and bars; comfortable bedroom and super clean bathroom. There isn't a full time Receptionist (she does seem to be there in the morning though), but that isn't a problem it all works very smoothly, you have immediate contact via message/whatsapp at any other time with the owner. Thoroughly recommend booking.

The room looked extremely larger in the photos!
They were super tight for space.
We like hear everything in the hallway. We came in for the start of honeymoon and it was not screaming set the mood!
The mini fridge didn’t work well….it was the middle of a heat wave and we couldn’t keep our drinks cold!
The rooms were clean and the receptionist was super nice!

This property is very unique, clean and very well located. We loved they provided us with free snacks and coffee every morning. The place makes you feel at home, it is very well organized and decorated. We were there for a week and we did not want to leave. If you are looking for a comfortable suite for two this is the perfect one.
*Plus: walking distance for the trevi fountain, pantheon, great restaurants and shopping areas.

Mum and daughter time for my 50th birthday Just finished a 4 night stay at the hotel It is in a very good location close to all the sight seeing spots and good restaurants all within close walking distance The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely use again if I was ever luck enough to come back to this beautiful city Rome 🇮🇹

Vorrebbe essere una struttura comoda e in effetti lo è: centrale e ad un passo dalle maggiori attrattive della Capitale. Vorrebbe essere una struttura nuova e ben curata, ma non lo è: apparentemente ben arredata e rifinita, ma nel dettaglio sostanzialmente maltenuta è poco curata. Lavandino otturato e rubinetteria malconcia, ruggine ovunque nella doccia. Ciliegina sulla torta l’enorme antigienico tappeto (sic!) sul quale è posto il letto (in verità comodo). Vorrebbe avere un personale attento e disponibile e lo ha. Ps: deposito bagagli incustodito

As overall nice clean place in great location, you don't feel and hear loud noise of the streets. Biggest disappointment was the fact that we were not able to get into the room until after 4pm on the day of arrival (where check in from 1pm) . We have receive a message from the place that due to cleaner being late room will be ready a bit later. Our flight was delayed anyways so we did not mind that. By the time we reached to the location it was around 2.30pm and we were told by the receptionist it will take an hour for the room to be ready as cleaner only arrived!!!! We went to restaurant across the road as we were tired and came back after 1h to sit in the reception for another 45 minutes to get into the room. Not ideal when you come just for few days.

Great location close to trevi fountain. Rooms spotless and are cleaned every day. Staff very helpful, there is no manned reception but any queries resolved with a quick message. Close to many bars and restaurants, would definitely recommend

This hotel is as everybody else says it is. Boutique hotel, old meets new, great location etc. However we had a few issues on arrival (late) - no WiFi password, no soap in bathroom, lift didn’t work and the air-con didn’t work. First three were resolved next morning. We were told they would get to work on the air-con issue immediately. We heard nothing all day so I contacted them again to get the reply ‘oh sorry, forgot to say, we can’t get maintenance to look at the issue until Tuesday’ (we stayed Friday-Tuesday). When I asked about alternative solutions I received no further reply (correspondence was via WhatsApp). Had to sleep each night with windows open, woken at 6:00 every morning to sounds of rubbish vans collecting bins from the rubbish depot next door (avoid suite two to avoid this pleasure). Great hotel and room was serviced daily but poor customer service from management meant the basics were missed on this occasion.
