Prenotato tramite Smartbox notte con colazione inclusa presso questa struttura. Al nostro arrivo e con la conferma di prenotazione alla mano ci viene detto che l’hotel è pieno e che ci deve essere un errore. Alla fine abbiamo scoperto l’inghippo, la verità è che hanno preferito occupare la stanza ad un prezzo più alto tramite altre piattaforme per una remunerazione più alta rispetto a quella che riceverebbero da smartbox! A dir poco scandaloso e poco corretto! Se non volete convenzionare la struttura con smartbox perché poco redditizia, evitate di offrire tale servizio!

Le ragazze che ci lavorano sono molto carine gentili ma purtroppo l'albergo non lo è. È stato davvero un brutto soggiorno a partire dalla camera che è negli scantinati e la finestra quindi è sotto la strada. Appena siamo entrati in camera c'era una puzza tremenda che aumentava tutte le volte che entravamo. Il pavimento è stato lavato con qualche panno sudicio da mesi. Il letto vecchissimo, tutto rovinato con un materasso sprofondato. Le lenzuola con una macchia e anche dei capelli...insomma esperienza veramente orribile.

The place by itself was cozy and nice! The staff was super friendly, helpful and always attentive to my needs! I would recomend the room more for two adults, because for three can be a little bit small, but if you can handle it its a great option.

We had a nice stay here and the staff were very friendly, good location etc we have no complaints. But we booked it specifically for the onsite parking which was advertised - which doesn’t exist. There is street parking just outside which you need to pay for if you can find a spot.

Tolles kleines Guesthouse, in perfekter Lage nur 5 Minuten vom Vatikan entfernt. Viele Restaurants sind in Gehentfernung, ein Supermarkt ist quasi direkt nebenan. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz so groß, aber für einen Städtetrip hat man ohnehin nicht so viel dabei. Check-In hat prima funktioniert und auch die kleine Lobby ist gemütlich mit Kaffeemaschine. Einziges Manko, es ist relativ hellhörig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

We stayed here for 6 nights, we were greeted by a very kind man who let us in earlier than normal, he spoke good English and showed us the room and how things worked in the room. The rooms were very nice and everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is close to Vatican about a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast is included but is in a cafe round the corner but the cafe is nice and run by welcoming people. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay would highly recommend

INACCEPTABLE... Nous avions réservé cet hôtel via un coffret SMARTBOX en mars 2023 pour un séjour du 9 au 11 mai 2023. Nous avons reçu un mail de Smartbox le 1er mai 2023 nous informant que l'hôtel avait annuler notre réservation. Nous avons dû trouver par nous même un hôtel de disponible une semaine avant et en avons eu pour 350€ de notre poche.

The photos do not match the reality. Our 1 window opened up to a wall. A hallway wall in fact where everyone walked through to get to the rest of the building. They are NOT suites, they are rooms. And in poor condition, masking tape over cracks and glass doors in our bathroom that we had no key to. When we complained to *********** they said we had “cancelled” our room and not stayed at all. Do not stay here! And if you do think of it do not pay first! Look first, there’s lots of lovely places to stay.

El alojamiento está en una zona cercana al Vaticano , pero más distanciada del resto de la zona turística.
Es un alojamiento conservado con gente de trato muy agradable y predispuesto a colaborar en tus peticiones.
Como inconvenientes decir que hasta acceder al alojamiento hay que subir unos cuantos escalones y para ese acceso no hay ascensor, dificultando el acceso a personas mayores o con movilidad reducida.
Se trata de una zona residencial llena de todo tipo de servicios, farmacias, tiendas, cafeterías restaurantes y mercado.
En general es aceptable y su personal es correcto.
