Just come back from from a fabulous four night stay at this hidden gem 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. The owners and family were very welcoming and helpful. Our room and en-suite with shower was spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. The breakfast set us up for our excursion into this wonderful city. We will definitely visit Rome again and most definitely stay at the Casa Mia.

Our stay was fantastic from beginning to check out! Thomas (sp?) was a very gracious host. He confirmed my arrival, called to check if we would be attending breakfast, makes excellent cappuccino and is just an amazing person. If we do make it back to Rome, this is where we will stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Area has wonderful eateries. And you will appreciate the proximity to the Vatican City. 5☆ for the budget friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Such a lovey cute place to stay in Rome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were sound proof with a double door to the balcony which made for a quite undisturbed sleep. Air con is also in the rooms along with a telly, good wifi, kettle, fridge and coffees. The owners are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is fantastic and they were able to cater to gluten free for me. It’s made and served up quickly which is great for people wanting to get out to see Rome or have booked tours. 15 minute walk to Vatican City and 15-20 min bus ride into the main areas such as Trevi fountain etc. Buses are very easy, come often and only cost €1.50 for 100min of travel after the first tap in. You can either buy a bus ticket from a newspaper stand or tap with any debit card as you enter the bus. This is the same for trains. Large supermarket down the road along with lots of cafes and restaurants. This really is the perfect place and location for a visit to Rome. Highly recommended.

Rooms were beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. Shower lovely. Breakfast was yummy and served quickly enabling you to get out and enjoy Rome without delay. Staff were very helpful, kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good location with direct buses to Vatican and into city centre just outside - although it is walkable if you don’t have to arrive at a certain time for a tour for example.

Casa Mia Guest House is perfect for a visit to Rome - for a couple of days or longer (we stayed for 7 nights). The location is very good - 10/15 mins from St Peter's Square with a good bus service on Via Gregorio that takes you into the centre of Rome. The rooms are spotlessly clean & well appointed with kettle/tea & coffee etc., the rooms are tidied every day & towels changed regularly too. Breakfast is just what you need for a hard day of sightseeing - wonderful pastries, blood orange juice, toasted sandwiches & yogurt. And then there's Tomasso, Sarah, Roseanna & all the crew that look after you...they are all very helpful, kind and fun! Nothing is too much trouble, they really go above and beyond for their guests. We hadn't managed to book tickets for the Borghese Gallery (a must place to visit!) before we left the UK - all the sites said they were sold out - but somehow Tomasso got us 2 tickets & I am truly grateful to him for making sure we got to visit this absolute gem of a gallery!! Thank you to everyone at Casa Mia for making our week extra special.. PS if you're looking for great ice cream then you must try Giolitti's!!!

Near St Peter Basilica - 15’ walk - 20-25’ to Tiber Island. Good breakfast, nice / clean triple room. Perfect for our second/leg trip to visit Rome/ Vatican City. Rosanna was very friendly helped us booking taxis from and to airport. She also let us stored our luggage after checkout til late afternoon so we can freely visit Vatican City and surrounding regions while waiting for our flight in the evening. Thanks so much Rosanna! Italy is such a beautiful country with so many nice cities/ museums/cathedrals…My family is so impressed with our first trip to Italy!

Casa Mia Vaticano was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the vatican. The area is not much to speak of but we were there for only one night to go on the Vatican tour and it was well worth it. There were some decent restaurants within walking distance as well.
