Good points: Clean, high ceilings and spacious rooms, refrigerator, close to bus and metro stations, slippers provided, kettle and hot water available at front desk, cafe on site, bad points: mold in shower, some days no duvet sheets, a bit far from city center

We spent a weekend in this amazing hotel. Service as expected - room, dining, etc. Location is not typical tourist, but in Rome i think it's advantage - it's in quiet location, but just next to the river and near subway station. By the way - you can make it on foot to Vatican Museum - it's not far. And after whole day walking at Colosseum and Vatican Museum what is better conclusion of the whole trip than 10 years single malt whiskey at hotel bar? :)

Excellent structure, clean and with new furnishings.
Only the internal space for breakfast is a little small but the structure is equipped with an external space which should be very comfortable especially in summer. In winter it is heated with stoves. The staff is very kind and also serves breakfast at the table.

The staff are fantastic! Extremely welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Checking in and out was smooth, as was storing luggage when arriving early. The rooms are very clean and the garden area in the cafe is an awesome place to have breakfast. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Rome.

We went to the restaurant this evening. The quality of the food and service is truly incredible. A tartare seasoned just right with super good meat and an incredible fillet with potatoes. For dessert, a tiramisu served in a cup of coffee (I chose the mini portion) that I would have eaten at least 10 of. The price was really low if I think about how we ate! Great!

Book this Hotel, because it says it is a 4 star, well it is not, it is a mini hotel in an excellent area like Pratti, very safe and close to the metro, the room and bathroom are nice and clean but on the first floor where the window overlooks to the bar below where you can hear everything even when they clean, basic hygiene amenities, nothing 4 stars. Beyond the excellent location it does not offer anything 4-star. The lobby is a desk in the middle of the cafe where you have breakfast, the breakfast is poor and always cold, few options, there is no elevator. The staff is super friendly and helpful but the hotel has nothing to do with a 4-star hotel. I feel ripped off by ******* placing this hotel in this category. I complained and I'm still waiting for answers.

This is a lovely hotel in a nice quiet area with good restaurants nearby. The staff are so kind - nothing is too much trouble. And our room was very nice indeed. The breakfast is good. It is also close to the metro stop. I would strongly recommend it. We stayed for 5 nights.
