Location: You need to walk for at least 10 minutes from Termini Station.
Facilities: It's newly built and clean, but the problem was that the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work (I called and they said they would send a technician, but he didn't come until I checked out)
Service: I was disappointed by the slightly ****** attitude of the front desk staff when checking in, but the quality of the breakfast restaurant was excellent and the people working in the restaurant and cleaning staff were all friendly.
But the best part was the pink sky at sunset seen from the balcony.

Location is convenient for connections to major resorts, such as the colosseum, the Vatican City by metro. The room was new and cozy featuring a coffee machine. The only inconvenience was that temp. control didn’t work (perhaps disabled on purpose) making the room too warm. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station. There is a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient for going to attractions. The room decoration is relatively new, the bed is two small ones, the quilt is not very comfortable, and the air conditioner basically cannot be used. Overall it's pretty good, clean and quiet. The breakfast is average, there is a supermarket next to it with all the items, and there are many restaurants. It is suitable for a short stay on a business trip.

I accidentally dropped my earphones in the elevator shaft on Friday night. I understand that there is no maintenance staff working on the weekend so I waited until Monday and reconfirmed on Sunday night that there would be staff to pick up the earphones for me the next day.
I asked again on Monday morning and the reply was that it would take a few hours.
But when I came back in the evening, there was an older man at the front desk who had a very bad attitude and told me that I could find someone to pick it up on Tuesday and that I needed to pay 75 euros. The same man also told me about the application instructions. It took him fifty minutes to complete it. Extremely impatient attitude

The hotel is located at the exit of Castro Pretorio 🚇. When you come out, you can see that it is one station away from Termini train station. The hotel is relatively new. Although it is small, it is clean. The bed sheets are a bit different from the ones that were laid that day, but it does not affect your sleep and your skin will be better the next day. No discomfort, there is a hair dryer but no 🪥 and 🩴. The surrounding area faces the street but is quiet. It is not as cluttered as the train station. There is a small supermarket next to it which is very convenient. The middle-aged waiter who checked in on the same day provided satisfactory service. At the end, he was a little impatient when we had some information that needed to be reconfirmed🤌. Service points were deducted. The other young waiters were enthusiastic and provided good service. Overall it’s worth recommending to stay!
