Staffs are friendly. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Place was very clean and safe.

Very close to Cipro station on A line. There's a Carrefour nearby and a pretty good Sushi restaurant next door

The room itself is very clean, bed is really comfortable and the air con is Great - which is perfect in the hot weather however the Aircon went through stages of being extremely loud. This property is in an average location, close to Vatican but far from everything else. The metro is just down the street though. The bathroom tap has not been cleaned in a loooooong time, dust on the radiators and rust on the shower. The actual bedroom itself is clean enough. If you want sleep, don't bother staying here. As previous reviews stated the walls are paper thin, someone in the next room only arrived at around 3am and kept me up the entire night talking on her phone. You can hear people getting on and off the bed, turning their TV on, switching their light on! Last thing I will say is it is a bit of a nightmare getting in, you've to go through a gate and 2 doors before getting to your room.
