Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Rome. First of all, the staff was fenomenal. Laura gave us the best welcome to Rome and recommendations for how to tour, attractions, and where to eat. Bea, and another gentleman we interacted with were fantastic as well. The room was very nice, beautiful and clean. The accommodations were spot on. Our only feedback would be to upgrade the WiFi service to a faster one as many international travelers depend on it. The hotel is located in the heart of Rome and it make us feel we were locals having the best time of our lives. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic location, plenty of options for food,espresso,apertivos, and of course Piazza Navona! Plenty big room with huge bathroom. Parking is across the bridge at the Parcheggio but only a 10 minute stroll no big deal, don’t expect street parking it won’t happen. Would happily stay again.

일단 위치는 나보나광장 바로 뒷쪽에 위치해서 가이드님말씀으로는 이동네는 새벽5시까지 술마셔도 안전한동네라고 하셨어요!! 트레비 판테온 산탄젤로성 등 걸어서다닐수있는 위치에요
저희는 클래식룸 예약햇눈데 이건 호텔방이라고 할수가없는정도에요.. 거의 고시원급 침대바로앞에 화장실문이잇는데 샤워부스에 단차가없어서 진짜 여차하면 물이 방까지 샐정도였음 엄청 신경써서 샤워해야해요
그런데 너무 친절한 직원의 배려로 2박 중 1박은 무료로 룸 업그레이드를 해준다고해서 도저히 이방에는 못잇겟어서 귀찮더라도 바꿨는데 바꾼방은 진짜 너무너무 좋았어요 공간자체가 넓고 걸어다닐수있다는거에 감사할정도( 그 전 방이 어땠는지 아시겠죠?) 클래식룸 저정도인거 알았으면 당연 돈 더주고 다른방했을거에요
마지막 공항가는날 60유로내면 공항드랍해주는 호텔 내 서비스가있어서 저희가 따로 예약할필요없이 호텔에서 잡아주고 편리하게 공항까지 갔습니다
클래식룸만 아니면 아주 만족스러운 호텔이에요!!

If you are able to get a room at Relais Rione Ponte, book it! Such a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Rome but what stands out the most are the incredibly helpful and responsive staff. We arrived in Rome very late and were a last minute booking and they treated us like they had been waiting all year for our visit! Everything was wonderful and the location was perfect. Book now, and you won’t be disappointed. We hope to come back one day !

Really lovely little hotel in a perfect location. Super easy to walk to all the sights of Rome, with lots of excellent restaurants close by. Clean, comfortable room - the bathroom in our room was quite small with no window / fan so you did occasionally get a damp smell. But didn’t impact on our enjoyment of our trip. Would definitely stay again!
