I am extremely disappointed with the service from this hotel. They were entirely unaccommodating with changes to our flights that resulted in changes to our bookings leaving us no options and ruining our planned trip to Rome. I would not recommend booking here.

Siamo stati presso Rome Vatican Suite dal 19 al 21 Dicembre, io mia moglie e mia figlia. La struttura si trova in uno stabile nel cuore dl quartiere Prati, quindi nel cuore di Roma. Vicinissima a due importanti fermate della metro (Ottaviano e Lepanto), vicina. a San Pietro e contornata da centinaia di negozi, ristoranti, bistrot, caffè...potreste rimanere in questa zona senza uscire dal quartiere. Le camere sono pulitissime e il personale gentilissimo. La colazione è gradevole e l'host Matteo è super disponibile. Che dire? Struttura consigliatissima!

Wir hatten dieses Hotel wegen der günstigen Lage und des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses gebucht. Einen Tag vor der Anreise wurde uns das Zimmer vom Hotel wegen Überbuchung storniert. Mit der Suche eines Ersatzzimmers wurden wir allein gelassen. Eine absolute Frechheit!

Posizione eccezionale, ad un passo dal Vaticano. In viaggio con marito e figlio. La signora Marina cordiale ed ospitale come la sua camera, pulita e ben arredata. Grazie Marina per l'ospitalità, ci rivedremo sicuramente. Monica e famiglia

Inizio subito col sottolineare la maleducazione e l'arroganza di gestore e personale. Vado per gradi: una tripla pagata profumatamente con condizionatore rotto e scarico del bagno malfunzionante al punto da allagare il bagno l'ultima sera di pernottamento. Lenzuola bucate, stanza impolverata, asciugamani mai cambiati. Colazione inesistente, abbiamo chiesto solo un po' d'acqua liscia e ci è stato risposto: "BEVETELA DAL RUBINETTO CHE E' POTABILE". Esperienza pessima. LO SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE!
