No había agua caliente y en octubre eso es indispensable, las sábanas estaban sucias y no hacían el aseo, el desayuno muy malo y lo único rescatable es el Señor de la recepción que es muy servicial y amable. No me volvería a quedar ahí.

Con mia figlia abbiamo fatto due brevi soggiorni in questo B&B nel novembre scorso ( a breve distanza l'uno dall'altro) e ci siamo trovate bene. Le stanze, con bagno privato, sono decorose e munite dell'essenziale. Personale gentile e disponibile; in particolare un giovane che, nel primo soggiorno, ci ha risolto il problema del bagno con lo scarico rotto, sostituendoci subito la stanza e scusandosi per l'accaduto. Buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Ottima sistemazione per chi desidera soggiornare vicino stazione Termini e usufruire quindi di tutti i servizi annessi, perché ubicato a pochi passi dall'uscita della stazione di via Marsala. Unico inconveniente, per cui non ho dato punteggio pieno, è stato che due giorni (su cinque totali di permanenza), rientrando alle 14:00 non era stata ancora fatta la pulizia della camera e abbiamo patito il disagio di dover aspettare circa una mezz'ora ... Comunque per noi sarà un ottimo punto di riferimento nella Capitale.

Great, very compatible with its price as it is a 3 star hotel. Very well located, in a hotel area like NH, with metro, train and bus stations nearby. Everything great and attentive owners! I loved

Buena ubicación cerca de la estación de transporte y ambiente tranquilo. No tengo ninguna queja y fue buena selección para nuestro alojamiento.
