L’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue pavée calme à 2 pas du fleuve.
Le personnel est très sympathique et parle assez bien français ce qui est très appréciable.
Le buffet du petit déjeuné propose pas mal de choix et est servi jusqu’à 11h ce qui nous a permis de faire plusieurs grasses matinées.
Seul bémol pour nous était la couette enveloppée de 2 draps plat au lieu d’une housse de couette, donc évidemment au milieu de la nuit la couette n’était plus dans les draps.

Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating. Coming down the long flight of steps to the main lobby floor my husband missed the last step and went down hard. Not one employee who witnessed him fall came over to offer assistance in helping him up. Two saw him fall,one was walking past looked over asked are you ok, didn't wait for answer or offer help just kept walking.. Other employee by the door witnessed the fall and just stood there watching as I helped him up, again, no assistance offered. He now has cracked ribs due to the fall. After leaving a hotel in another part of Italy where the staff went above and beyond to this type of treatment I suggest you stay elsewhere

The staff was very accommodating! Quick to message back. Went here for my honeymoon and they facilitated champagne in the room and rose petals upon arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

スタッフも良かった。
ただ、ホテルの部屋からの景色が良くなくてガッカリしました。
10日も泊まるならもう少し配慮して欲しかった。

Very nice, centrally located spot to stay! Loved being within walking distance to almost all classic Roman sites, right on the Tiber River, with endless dining options all around you! Very clean rooms with nice big windows. Loud at night - but that's Rome! The rooftop terrace made this spot extra memorable - amazing views and a very large space to relax after a long day!
