First the entrance. It looks like a private house. The reception looks like a pension, not a 4* hotel. There is no storage room where you can leave your luggage. You leave it next to the bar without anyone's supervision. Adequate rooms. Tiny bathroom. Fair cleaning. Very, very fair breakfast. Only heat drinks from the machine. No eggs, bacon, vegetables, pancakes...the juices are almost transparent and of very low quality. The breakfast area too small. The outside area is what I want and I can't. Not to mention that the hotel is in a very depressed area with many people living on the streets. Dirt and rats. Unfortunately I would not repeat, not even for free.

Terrible experience, not to be repeated. Terrible and dangerous area both day and night, dirty, broken and outdated rooms, you can breathe dust and they are very small. The intrusive, insistent and annoying staff: chasing my group of friends during the night, too demanding schedules and the reception boy who at 2 am hung on the room bell and knocked endlessly, followed us to the rooms. Poor breakfast area with mouse sightings and poorly maintained rooms. The towels smelled like chickenpox or vinegar and the duvet was full of dust. Broken shower, rooms don't close properly, thin, non-soundproof walls, very slow elevators, dirty toilets, wardrobes full of dust, you can't breathe air.

nice hotel but cramped spaces, small room but quite clean. The sore point is the management of the hotel: school groups and couples/families cannot be hosted at the same time, as they have completely different needs. Intrusive staff with little respect for privacy, in an attempt to reconcile these different needs (forbidding teenagers from having fun and sharing this experience even during the night, with associated nocturnal chases and noise disturbances). Furthermore, a mouse was spotted in the breakfast area. The latter is very poor.

The receptionist was unwelcoming to me and my class. He would not let us walk around the Hotel at night, saying that we couldn’t leave our rooms. Not only that, if we did, he would start chasing us, saying stuff like “Mister, come here”, and “What is your room number”, in a very disrespectful tone. As if that was not enough, after running to our rooms, he would start BANGING on the door and ringing the bell, screaming for us to come outside. In the event that we did in fact come outside, he would burst inside our rooms, acting as if that was normal, which made us really uncomfortable. Nonetheless, the breakfast was OK. There was not much variety, but it was decent. The location of the hotel is not that good, seeing as you will not be able to walk to most famous places, seeing as you’re not really in the centre. However, there is a metro station close buy, which helps with the logistics of travelling. PS: The decoration was a bit off putting, but I personally didn’t have any problems with cleaning, quite the opposite. We had fresh towels every day and the room was cleaned every morning.
