Location need take bus for around 30 -40 mins and walk 5mins. But overall still convenient. Lift is a bit old and slow but the room seems renovated recently, looks good and clean. Only problem is the door lock for the bathroom have been removed and cannot close the bathroom door. They said that is due to security issue.

Except for the location, which is quite a distance from city centre and might be difficult to book a cab via FreeNow back to the hotel, the property and its rooms are actually nice, quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful place, cosy room. Quiet relax place great for family

From the outside, the hotel was really pretty. Receptionist barely spoke English. Room was pretty small (no space on the side or at the end of the bed to go around it) but clean. Walls so thin that one can hear his neighbors pee while being in bed. Breakfast doesn’t deserve a star for the paper cup to drink coffee in, eggs full of water and selection really light. I wouldn’t recommend it if not for the price and close location to the hospital

The hotel is ok for one night. The location is quiet, but within the city, convenient to get to the center (by car). Of the minuses, the central air conditioner is very noisy right under the windows and the toilet room smells like sewage. Breakfast is very decent, a fairly standard selection and delicious coffee (even though it comes from a coffee machine).

Hotel and the whole place very beautiful, clean, fragrant, full of greenery with nature around, very kind and helpful employees. Catering... Chef (Sergio Nicolò) very professional, very nice, humble, very tasty dishes, exquisite and with very inviting, abundant presentation of the dishes and scenography of the DOC dishes 👌🏼! The place deserves a lot and is very welcoming 😍 I will return with great pleasure... 🤗😊

We stayed only one night, the room was modest, the bathroom was partially renovated. Quiet and clean hotel. We used the swimming pool, albeit not managed by the hotel but by Excel which is actually a sports centre. All for a fee but we still had a good time.

The hotel is a bit far from the center of Rome, suitable for driving or taking a taxi, and the public transportation has to be assisted by No. 11. Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy, and the facilities are good. When we arrived, some local residents were engaged in activities in the hotel, and we heard bel canto singing. After all, it is Rome, and the artistic level of the residents is extremely high. The hotel's breakfast is average, and there are sports facilities nearby.

The path to the door makes people suspect that they have gone wrong. On the top of Monte Mario, the place is relatively remote. The room is conveniently small, the bed is very narrow, and there is not even a kettle. There are no slippers and toothbrush, but there are two-in-one bath and shampoo, and body lotion. The sanitation is not bad, the breakfast is so-so, but there are too many people to eat together early in the morning and it is too busy. It's relatively quiet, after all, it's relatively remote. But relatively cheap. The bus is quite convenient. After a short walk, there is 911 to Flaminio to change to the tram. 913 can go to attractions such as the Vatican, and you can change to the subway. You can only go to the hotel restaurant for meals, or there is a McDonald's within a 10-minute walk

Far from the city, hotel facilities do not match the star rating, insufficient dining facilities, not even a cafe

Hotel in the Monte Mario area, a very large and well organized structure. The room is not huge but super clean. Air conditioning in the common areas perfect, lighter in the rooms. Breakfast very abundant and considering the number of rooms in the hotel of a good standard. There are paddle courts, a swimming pool and the possibility of doing a gym and/or crossfit. Perfect location if you want to attend events at the Olimpico or the Foro Italico, within walking distance if you want to walk a bit uphill on the way back!

Excellent value for money and impeccable location.
