前台服務還可以，由於這個位置很方便，但是一天2000也不便宜。這個Leonardo跟英國的完全不一樣。但是環境、衞生、以及設施那不是一般的弱。在英國一直住皇家Leonardo，意大利和西班牙的真是弱爆了。房子間小就算了，不隔音，設施老化嚴重，跟大旅館似的…被子有異味、蓋着很癢，浴缸周圍那個臟，水龍頭🚰也是壞的，被子還過敏🤧如果一定要住那建議前台別給第一間房間，感覺很久不住的，很多灰，而且設施嚴重老化，毛巾我都不敢用！

The hotel was well located if you want to be next to the central station, the beds were comfortable but the rooms are not well isolated, the light goes through the bathroom glass door into the room in the morning and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallways outside.
Staff at reception are very helpful and polite but that was not the case sadly for the breakfast lady.

5-7 min walk from the Rome Termini so good location. stylish but the its rather petite. Rooms quite small and room amenities are basic. Their sister hotel NYX in Milan is much better IMO.

Lovely hotel Great location to explore Rome Room was modern clean and spacious Check in was easy we arrived early but they have a luggage room you can use Staff were very welcoming and helpful It is about a 20 minute walk to the main attractions but we hired electric scooters to explore Rome We had an amazing time in Rome. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that Thank you for a lovely stay

Dylen at resiption was very helpful Hotel far from center but near tirmi station A clean hotel. Good breakfast can get omlet whith extra paiement Quality hotel No parking zone.
