Ero con degli amici in gita a Roma per due giorni, camere rovinate e sporche(buchi sulle porte, incrostazioni di urina nel bagno, peli e capelli nella vasca, macchie di sangue sul letto), cibo pessimo a dir poco, pasta fredda, cotolette appena scongelate e riscaldate, patatine unte e panna cotta che sa di ricotta. Colazione appena sufficiente, personale arrogante e prezzo decisamente troppo alto per l'esperienza fornita, considerando che non è in centro e per arrivare a piazza della repubblica ci abbiamo messo 1h e 45 min di raccordo. Struttura priva di servizio navetta nonostante online sia scritto il contrario. Camere prive di condizionatori o impianti di raffreddamento( appena entrati si sudava), cuscini scomodi, frigobar non funzionante e muri polverosi. Fortemente sconsigliato

The room was perfect and we even got a free upgrade. However, the food was terrible. The breakfast was not even worth finishing and the dinner at the restaurant in the basement was terrible as well. My meal did not taste fresh. The staff at the restaurant also did not seem to like their job at all. I recommend for the rooms but not for the food. Eat elsewhere.

Not sure why this hotel came up in a search for "hotel near FCO Airport" as this property is not close to the airport at all. It was a 60 Euro/30 minute cab ride away. Staff was helpful although front desk with one person seemed short-handed. Problem with key on first try, told to "try it again" still didn't work, had to get new key. Another guest said he had the same issue. Air conditioner worked but was very noisy - we used earplugs to sleep. The hotel location itself was quiet, not being near any major road. Not convenient to nearby train station (not walkable). The room itself was nice - the bathroom nicely appointed, nice shower. We had dinner at the outdoor cafe and it was quite good. The waitstaff was courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a wide variety of options.

Bagno pieno di capelli ( non miei dal momento che non ne ho 😔) , porta del bagno con maniglia rotta, cuscino Ikea da 9 euro... E frigo bar vuoto. Tutto questo , ovviamente ai prezzi di Roma ( cari!) .

Es war super ich bin mit tredtours gereist und die Leute haben super englisch gesprochen. Die Aussicht war fabelhaft und obwohl ich um 21.30Uhr angekommen bin war das Personal noch super freundlich. Lustigerweise war vor dem Hotel 4 Sterne aber nur 3 haben geleuchted, welche ich in der Nacht gesehen habe.

Pessima struttura, vetusta, si respira vecchio. Camera arredata anni 50, costo eccessivo. Colazione improponibile! Se questo è un 4 stelle allora siamo messi male male. Ho dovuto fare di necessità virtù per un rientro da un viaggio di lavoro e mi serviva un hotel per riposare, ma era meglio dormire in macchina!!! Bagno posticcio (vedi foto), doccino del 2 stelle per lavarsi... pessima soluzione. Le camere NON sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto, ma proprio tutto!!!! AGGIORNATEVI!!
