We had an amazing stay at the villa Duse. It's a beautiful cozy hotel well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is incredible, they make sure that your experience at the hotel and in Rome is always agreeable. The breakfast is excellent and the homade chocolate cake is delicious. À special thanks to the fantastic Eleonora who went above and beyond to help me with some specific requests to make this trip to Rome unforgettable for my fiance. Thank you so much!

My girlfriend and I have got a fantastic moment in this very charming old fashion family hotel but with all the modern comfort you can expect. It’s a “maison bourgeoise” where you have the feeling of staying more in aluxury house than in a hotel. The breakfast is very good with only high-quality products. The location is ideal: not far from the center but far from the touristic crowd. The restaurants around are very good and you will find only locals which is a great experience. Eleonora and his charming mum were very professional, very kind and very helpful. This place is a perfect combination of good old manners in easy-going mode. We strongly recommend this hotel and for sure we will come back again. Thank you Villa Duse for this marvelous moment!!!! Aurélie & Lamine

La villa è molto gradevole, in un quartiere elegante e silenzioso di Roma. Spazio esterno molto piacevole nella bella stagione. Gentilmente abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade della camera. Quest’ultima è ben arredata, di buon gusto. Gli arredi necessitano sicuramente di un restyling e di manutenzione. L’unica nota poco favorevole riguarda la colazione: troppo scarsa e semplice, in un ambiente umido e non illuminato. Non bar 15€ per persone

Un perfetto connubio tra ospitalità e professionalità. Conduzione familiare che non pecca in attenzioni e ospitalità. Colazione sempre abbondante ma soprattutto ricca di dolci fatti direttamente per gli ospiti. Pulizia a livelli altissimi ma soprattutto pace e tranquillità dei luoghi. Insomma un ottimo hotel a Roma nord.

La valutazione di un dimora, per un viaggiatore, è necessariamente soggettiva e tiene conto delle sensazioni che un viaggio o un soggiorno lasciano nel breve tempo. Ciò che mi resta del soggiorno a Villa Duse è, d’istinto, l’eleganza ed il garbo naturale delle proprietarie della struttura, figlia e mamma, e le loro discrete attenzioni verso l’ospite. Verrebbe voglia di fermarsi a chiacchierare un po’ di più. È un hotel che sa tanto di bed & breakfast. Il secondo elemento caratterizzante è la tranquillità del luogo, in una zona dei Parioli che ha il silenzio di un rifugio di montagna. Le bellezze di Roma ed i servizi sono raggiungibili a piedi. In stazione ci si arriva facilmente con l’autobus 360, che ha il capolinea nella vicina piazza delle Muse.

Siamo stati a Roma per visitare degli amici che abitano ai Parioli e abbiamo scelto questo boutique hotel su loro suggerimento in quanto si trova nel cuore del quartiere in una zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza in torretta al quarto piano dove si accede direttamente con l'ascensore. Piccola ma con tutte le comodità e un grande terrazzo con vista sui tetti dove rilassarsi la sera dopo una giornata di visite ai vari monumenti della bellissima Roma. Tra le dotazioni della camera abbiamo apprezzato la macchinetta per il caffè Nespresso con varie cialde a disposizione. Il personale è stato molto attento e gentile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Lo consigliamo vivamente per chi deve soggiornare in questa zona.

The property's gated access, there are only a small number of guests and it has smart outdoor areas to enjoy.
Family owned and they are so helpful with text support of local restaurants and guides for the area,
The breakfast is continental and very fresh, nothing is too much trouble, We were told it was ok to order take out eats for a meal in late one night.
Just a lovely place to be based while in bustle of Rome, a beautiful walk through Borghese Park to main Rome sights 35 mins/ or catch local buses at lane end. Great stay, we loved it. They want you to have a great stay Oct 2023

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Duse. It is a beautiful place to stay and the owners are wonderful.
