Great location, very near to train stations and easy to locate the hotel too. Comfortable room and beds.

Nice hotel in good location. Staff friendly, decent enough breakfast, good value for money.

All perfect. Service very good but the sink drains stunk up the room. But that's the only downside... they would have to review it. Otherwise I give them a 10

The structure is close to the Termini station and therefore very convenient .. the young lady I don't know if Chinese or Japanese at the reception very rude .... and very abrupt in responding .... the room full of dust .... for what I paid 300 euros for one night ... not worth it .... NOT RECOMMENDED .... VERY NOT RECOMMENDED

Termini station area, well connected to the city center, friendly staff, excellent cleanliness!

Overall the experience was above average, the staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only issue was because it is located across the street from the Termini Train Station, there were a few people in general in the area that caused us to feel uncomfortable.

The rooms are small, but clean and in good condition. In our room the air conditioning was very substandard, and it was never able to reduce the temperature to 25C. The breakfast was quite good.

We were really disappointed with the check in, the lady at the desk was rude. She asked for our confirmation number, when we gave it to her she didn’t bother to look at it and then asked for the confirmation email. This was the worst check in I and my sisters have had. We left our bags as we were too early to check in. When we returned the new receptionist was very helpful. Apart from the one lady the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

How could they called 4 stars hotel.. 2 stars for me. The reception will not handle your luggage well. If you leave luggage upon check-in or check-out, they will let you go to the unlocked luggage room to do it by yourself. So, someone can take your luggage because there is no security camera. The room is so hot, air condition did not work well. The only good thing about this hotel is location... 5 mins walk to Termini Metro.

Very hospitable, across from the train station. Very small bathroom, but thats typical for downtown rome! English speaking desk staff. Comfy bed.
