Bellissima struttura. Camere molto belle. Pulizia ottima. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La colazione molto ricca e di qualità. Bella piscina semi olimpionica. Molto bello il ristorante in terrazza e la cucina molto buona con prodotti di qualità.

This is the most inflexible hotel in Europe. The pool has absurd rules. It opens at 10 and closes at 6 pm, of which 2 hours are without service. The pool rules simply are made to make your experience miserable. They do not try to accommodate, they simply say ‘don’t, don’t’. Breakfast is chaotic, queues for a coffee, fruit is brown, water at the end, big groups with no manners. The overall attitude in the hotel is to say don’t rather than going towards helping the guests. The shuttle is more expensive than a taxi. Cleaning very poor. Ashtrays everywhere. Some people smoke in terraces. Smell of fish and chips in the corridor. Only good point is that it is a good value for the space and in a sunny day you can swim. But hey, don’t break the rules!

I was upgrade to a Family Suite, when a friend's hotel fell through and I had to increase the number of people in the room, it was one of the best rooms I have stayed in during my stay in Italy. You get queen size bed in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom you also get 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Both beds were extremely comfortable. They have an excellent breakfast selection here, ranging from fruit, to pastries, to breakfast items like egg and sausage. The staff are attentive and kind especially Yaya and Diana, they helped me figure out what certain items were and went above and beyond to help me especially with my insurance. The view from the balconies are stunning since we are facing the pool I can't recommend this place enough. I look forward to coming back here in the future!

Ottimo hotel, personale alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile, camere spaziose e ben attrezzate, pulizia eccellente. Prima colazione anche quella eccellente per varietà e quantità di offerta e servizio eccellente per evenuale richiesta supplettiva rispetto a quanto già disponibile. Sicuramente all'altezza anche gli altri servizi ( spa piscina etc) che però non ho avuto modo di provare per il poco tempo in cui sono rimasto. La posizione è ottima sia per l'arrivo/partenza arrivando in auto che per la distanza dal centro. Ci tornerò sicuramente

I went there with my kids on a mini break and the hotel was beautiful and clean. The surrounding is nice and picturesque.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice all through out our stay. The hotel was about 15 mins away from the city centre but the Uber drivers are amazing.
