I must admit that the structure is very clean and welcoming, the room is small but well equipped and living there was pleasant. The room is quiet despite the road below with a lot of traffic. It seems to me that we can give a distinction and suggest buying the rooms.

Comfortable location just a step away from Termini. Very good breakfast on the terrace on the top floor with views of the city. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are small but sufficient and the street can be somewhat noisy, comfortable mattress and pillow.
Good value for money. I would repeat

Posizione hotel eccellente perchè vicino alla stazione termini e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro città. Camera molto pulita , mi hanno fatto trovare le ciabattine da doccia, il set pulizia denti, una boule di frutta fresca Colazione continentale buona con varietà di prodotti Sicuramente ritornerò

Staff and location are the only good things about this Hotel. smily sheets, dirty grounds. Very tiny small room. No space even for our luggage we were tripping over it. I came up early before check-in time and they told me room not ready gave me key to luggage room to move my luggages there. And same when i returned gave me keys to take my luggages and return key !! I sent a 3 pieces laundry after 2 days i asked about it and found it in reception but 4 pieces :) . They gave me other guest laundry. I dont recommend unless you have to.

We stayed three nights, booking two rooms for a pleasure trip. The hotel is located in a strategic position for visiting the city. Located near Termini station, it offers the convenience of accessibility to all public transport. Welcoming, empathetic and helpful staff beyond expectations. Spotless rooms and rich, quality breakfast. Well done... we'll be back.
