The first time I have used Ctrip for many years, it is also the first time I have given a bad review. I booked a hotel for three days, and checked out directly after staying for the first night! I don't want to pay for the last two days, but I really can't live anymore! Except that the entrance hall on the first floor looks pretty good, the room is really hard to describe. And after I checked out on the first day, the staff attitude was very bad! (Obviously I gave you two days of expenses for nothing, okay? I really want to curse)

My husband and I spent 3 days here. The location was perfect, central to all major sites. Very welcoming staff. Our room was new with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and plenty of hot water. Breakfast Buffet was plentiful. There is nothing better when you travel to see that the hotel has a wonderful Concierge who has information galore. Thank you Elena for your help and suggestions. It was great meeting you and your restaurant and travel suggestions was perfect! Ciao Joanne ❤️

Outstanding service Had two rooms in this hotel. The front desk staff is amazing - great problem solvers and excellent service all day. There was some confusion at check-in based on travel agent issues. The front desk handled everything once I connected them with the travel agent. Of course, the time difference between US and Italy created a delay but everything worked out. They were patient and took time to resolve the problem. Lots of American groups and airline personnel used this hotel but it didn’t feel “touristy”. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Modern and stylish hotel located at the centre of Rome within walking distance from all main sightseeing destinations and also various venues (restaurants, cafes). The breakfast has got variety with the highlight of fresh pastries. The rooms are clean and spacious.

just returned from a 5 night stay here. Everything was perfection. Breakfast was amazing, great selection lots to choose from hot and cold and regularly filled up. Staff are all amazing really friendly and helpful. We booked a Junior suite and was totally amazed at the room we got 715. There were welcome macaroons/fruit on arrival in the room. Twice during our stay there was a knock at the door and a lady left us chocolates. Same one night in the bar they came over with nuts and crisps and also left us a plate of appetisers which were delicious and all free. The standard of service in this hotel is excellent. It is in an ideal location for all the attractions and a very safe quiet area. We have stayed in Nh collection in Berlin and thought it was great but Roma Centro is even better. Next time in Rome we will definitly stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay and look forward to being back again soon. Missing it all ready...
