The first time I have used Ctrip for many years, it is also the first time I have given a bad review. I booked a hotel for three days, and checked out directly after staying for the first night! I don't want to pay for the last two days, but I really can't live anymore! Except that the entrance hall on the first floor looks pretty good, the room is really hard to describe. And after I checked out on the first day, the staff attitude was very bad! (Obviously I gave you two days of expenses for nothing, okay? I really want to curse)

We loved our stay here! Great breakfast, nice lobby bar when returning after walking all day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location and the staff were always willing to get taxis or give recommendations. Many breakfast choices and attentive staff.

Non conoscevo questa struttura (molto bella!) in un silenzioso e signorile quartiere romano (Prati). Location moderna, molto curata sia negli spazi comuni (hall, bar, ristorante) che nelle camere. Staff efficiente, attento e gentilissimo. Ottima la colazione, varia e ben presentata. Assolutamente da provare, se si decide di uscire un poco dalla confusione della Città.

Nice clean rooms including a handicap access room that was easy to use the shower for wheelchair. Rooms had lifts to all the floors and hotel had decent fitness center. Location is great near Vatican and Spanish Steps. Easy to get around from this hotel to all the sights even by walking.

My husband and I spent 3 days here. The location was perfect, central to all major sites. Very welcoming staff. Our room was new with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom and plenty of hot water. Breakfast Buffet was plentiful. There is nothing better when you travel to see that the hotel has a wonderful Concierge who has information galore. Thank you Elena for your help and suggestions.
