The service at this hotel was far above expectations. The staff especially Guest Relations, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Everything about our stay was superior from our upgraded suite to morning breakfast. All staff were so friendly and prepared to make our stay even better. Will for sure highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and will stay again if our travels finds us in Rome. Thank you

Great hotel in the center of Rome. Nearby is the Villa Borghese park, close to all attractions. Nearby is a metro station and a grocery store (50 meters).
Good mattresses and pillows. Park view rooms are the best.

The hotel is located on a ring road, the entrance is strange, you have to go down -2 floors to see the reception desk hidden behind the counter, hello, very quiet, almost torn apart, in short, you are welcome, just love this place. The breakfast is absolutely nothing special, always under the -2 glass roof. But the space is too big, we eat in a big station hall. The buffet is behind the plexiglass wall, and the waiter serves you scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. It makes no difference, do it once every 3 days, otherwise it will be boring.
Advice: Don't take anything from the refrigerator, it is too expensive, like a small bottle of water for 3 euros. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day.

Hotel was fine; room was ok too. hotel was on a very busy corner with lots of traffic but that's only to be expected in a captial city. i thought i had booked somewhere just a little away from the main areas, will do my research more thoroughly next time. Room did not really allow for relaxation after a long day walking. Could do with more chairs to relax in rather than lying on the bed reading. within walking distance of all major sightseeing areas. Easy enough to get to from airport,although we had booked transfers with Jet2 the taxi fares were about the same.
