Well located hotel, 15 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. Friendly receptionist and good service. Views from the room to an interior patio. Clean and newly renovated bathrooms

The hotel is located near Plaza España. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there. There is a coffee shop at the intersection of the hotel. There are many breakfast options in it and the location is very good.

Super dirty room especially the bathroom and the water didn't go down there. Dirty curtains, dirty shower cubicle. Never again

Excellent venue and good value for money. Within walking distance of all major sites. Very friendly and helpful staff, always on the premises and ready to help. Rooms are nice, good size, clean, have AC and mini fridge. Stay away from room 222, but other than that everything is 100%. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to anyone coming to Rome to vacation.

I am so grateful that I picked this property. It is walking distance to everything!!! There is also an excellent restaurant right next door. If you need to relax from all the walking you've done all day, you can also enjoy a wonderful massage a few doors down from the hotel. Most importantly, however, I want to boast about how kind and helpful the staff was. I especially want to thank Joy for all her help. Without her guidance, I would have been lost.

Street address number on site is not clear. Taxi sent to the wrong location. Face problem at front door to access the building. No one answer the bell. Do not expect great breakfast. Coffee and bread is the basic.

It’s in a good location , about 10-15 mins walk to Spanish steps, close to shopping center, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful , the neighborhood is pretty safe

Great place in walking distance to attractions and city centre. Lost points for the safe not working in my room. Not enough of them at reception either. Other than that no complaints.

A simple, but nice hotel in a good area. Very friendly service. As it is in Italia, you only get a blanket for sleeping, not a duvet. Aircondition at the room works very well, though a bit noisy, and the bathroom is clean.

The rooms are super small and the bathroom terrible. If you're a size 12 (US)or more, you will touch the doors to get into the shower. The bathroom needs to be completely redone. There is mold in the shower, our shower head was broken, there were traces on the walls and so one. TheAC works and it's necessary but it makes sooo much noise. The workers were nice enough but the owner need to refresh his place because we could hear everything from the hallway, we could hear our neighbours shower and the internet was working 1/3 of the time. This is not a 3 stars hotel, or at least not anymore.

The hotel is horrible. Plain and simple. Bed bugs (on the bed and in the bathroom) and rats were seen on a daily basis in the rooms and the ground floor respectively. The hotel staff were inexperienced, clueless and useless (although sweet and kind) when it came to the condition of their work place. Stay away from this hotel!
