Some really good aspects and some attention needed. All of the staff are very friendly, except for the man on reception who lacks any charisma whatsoever, luckily I’m a tougher nut to crack. The location is fabulous. Pool area and cafe/restaurant is great with lovely male waiter. Some very good restaurants nearby. The rooms are standard but have no sound proofing. Terrible if you need to relax. The bathrooms are very dated. The breakfast is very mediocre and needs reimagining. Had to ask for obvious items to be replaced.

Lovely hotel - hidden in the city, walking distance to wonderful bars and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable and the room was super quiet with the windows closed. Beatrice and Ariana were very helpful and polite. The hotel staff was quite welcoming. The pool was too cold to swim but we had a lovely time just relaxing by the pool at night.

The hotel is in the charming Monteverde neighborhood just outside of Rome. Ideal location with beautiful parks close by, bus service, and local shops for traveler's needs. The men that run the front desk during the morning and afternoon are cold and unpleasant, same for the bell staff. The complimentary breakfast in the morning (dining room) is good and better than most. However, the downstairs bar was closed the whole time we stayed. The in room TV (streaming) was poor as the wifi was inconsistent. One of the highlights of the hotel is the Housekeeping, Paola was a sweetheart as the in room cleaning was meticulous and spotless. The neighborhood charming and quiet nights make this hotel standout. The amenities and service need some improvement.

Really nice stay. Was upgraded to room with bathtub and private terrace at no extra cost.
The hotel is located high above the city and on the edge of Trastevere, but still within walking distance of the Tiber and otherwise with good bus connections to Trastevere station (bus 871 and from there the possibility of trains to Fiumicino airport) and other good connections to, for example, Piazza Venezia, Peters the church and others

Usato ristorante e piscina. Ottimo cibo personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina bella, unica pecca manca un po’ di spazio per i lettini. Non economica ma prezzi giusti per il contesto. Purtroppo non c’è possibilità di prenotare, la precedenza é giustamente data agli ospiti dell albergo.

Perfect hotel for a holiday in Rome
Quiet area a few minutes walk from Trastevere with well-kept park and swimming pool although we were unable to take advantage of it due to the season
Excellent breakfast and excellent service
I thank all the staff for the kindness and service offered
Also to be taken into consideration is a secure, indoor hotel car park
Our seven children also had a great time

Good location with nice café and great restaurant 50m away, great city view 100m away. Nice hotel not overly luxurious, but perfect for a rugby trip with friends. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (for Italy). Easy downhill walk to Trastevere and about 30 min walk from city centre.
