設施：馬桶的沖水按鈕有點問題，洗臉盆的排水塞也是，房卡不容易刷。

Very bad hotel
I don't feel like a four-star hotel at all. It's worse than my two-star hotel in Venice! (What you need to know is that Italy pays tax according to hotel star rating)

But the towels and beds are stained. The two elevators are old and slow. The floor tiles are still broken.
The most special one is the employee whose name starts with B and wears glasses and black hair.
