ottima ubicazione, personale gentile. Camera pulita, ma non qualificabile per un 4 stelle: pavimento di linoleum e sconnesso,insonorizzazzione insufficiente, troppo calda e termostato inutile

El hotel es muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La habitacion muy comoda. Destaco la atencion de Alessia, Emil y Sharma. Fueron muy amables, se esforzaron mucho a que tuviese una buena estancia, me explicaron todo lo que necesitaba. El sitio esta super bien al lado de todo en zona alta pero centrica tocando a Via Veneto( zona super agradable). Muchas gracias por todo chicos. La proxima vez que vaya a Roma seguro que volvere.

This was an EXPENSIVE hotel; but rooms for three people VERY SMAL, elevators SMALL AND VERY SLOW and on top of that I WAS CHARGED 45 EUROS as ROME TAX that should had been included on the already EXPENSIVE PRICE
The Hotel tried to charge Euros 40 per day for parking; I left it on block from there in a parking lot and cost me HALF OF IT. Basically I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to not even my WORST ENEMIES

We stayed there as a family for 5 days, 5 persons, 2 bedrooms. This is an average hotel in a great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is shouting for new inves**ents and better maintenance. The breakfast is average. Prices vary significantly depending on the week or season. 10 min walk to the top of Spanish steps.

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista, ja kaikki toimi. Olimme liikkeellä kaksosten kanssa, ja saimme apua vaunujen nostamisen kanssa mennen tullen, koska sisäänpääsyssä on portaita. Un buen hotel en un edificio histórico en la zona alta, entre la plaza de España y el parque Borguese. Donde están los mejores hoteles. Un hotel pequeño (una ventaja) y cómodo. Las habitaciones no son grandes, pero con una gran cama cómoda y un buen cuarto de baño. El desayuno, correcto y el servicio, excelente. Buena relación calidad-precio.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is a safe place and close to the city center. It was visible from the room when we were taking a bath. The breakfast was a little incomplete and if something ran out, it was not refilled. In one sentence, I can say that with this hotel price, you can book a good place and a good hotel staff
