I am satisfied with everything else. The waiter looked through the suitcase. I put more than 1,000 euros in the suitcase and it was stolen. I found out when I was leaving. I didn’t have time to pursue it because I had to catch the plane.

The Dharma Style Hotel is a very nice hotel with great rooms and staff! The room was large and new, with everything we needed to stay comfortable and feel pampered. The staff is outstanding! Nilou and the front desk staff are remarkably friendly and attentive to all our needs and requests. Her English is wonderful and we can tell that she loves her job. Every encounter we had with staff was positive, from the breakfast room staff who went out of their way to let us grab some food even after breakfast time was over, to the front desk guy who gave us detailed information on how the postal system works (it's quite different from the US!). Such a positive experience, adding to the joy of our trip to Rome.

I‘m very disapointed about the lack imterest in making the guests feel comfertable at the hotel. I explicitly called the hotel when making the booking if they have heating in the room and the said yes. when arriving they asked us to pay the room in advance. usualy you only pay after check out, so I asked to see the room before paying. the room was great spacious with 3 single beds. after I asked if they have heating and the receptionist said yes. I went back with him to the reception and paid the room. arriving in the room I noticed the low temperature and called if they could increase the heating, they told me they will bring us blankets as the hotel turned off the heating since it was no longer winter😮😳😳 I was shocked so 4 days and 3 nights without heating and it was cold in Rome at that time…. However when checking out the reception was heated by the air conditioning, how can not provide your guest with heating but the for personel????I really don‘t appreciate this kind of service

The hotel is conveniently located-close to Roma termini and the Colosseum/Forum area. Rooms are small, as expected, but clean and quiet. Housekeeping was efficient and reliable. The real star of this quaint hotel is the front desk staff. Giuseppe and Niloufar are the best!! We arrived early and they were very pleasant and accommodating and made every effort to get us into our room as quickly as possible. Giuseppe gave us a personal tour of the hotel and made us feel comfortable immediately. The very first time we left the hotel, I mistakingly left an envelope with a considerable amount of cash at the front desk and Niloufar managed to track me down via email to quickly return my envelope. My stay at the Dharma Style hotel was great! Everyone on the staff is wonderful, especially the manager Niloufar. She goes out of her way to ensure that the guests have a great stay at the hotel. Great location near both metro lines, nice breakfast and walkable to most attractions.

Lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Staff happy to help you to book the excursions. Breakfast was lovely with a great range of foods. Very central to all the attractions as well a nearby bars and restaurants.

We were originally booked in the dharma luxury hotel and were moved because of renovations in the hotel. This was no issue. Really nice hotel, lovely room and attentive staff. Decent breakfast and well located. My only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work in the room but we left the windows open at night which unfortunately was noisy with bins being emptied during the night. I’m not sure if the air con doesn’t get put on until May which is common in Italian hotels. The free aperitivo in Cotto was great and a nice touch. I would definitely come and stay here again.
