The hotel accepted me at 3am, which was a comfort when arriving in Rome in the middle of the night. The rooms are basic and exactly what I needed. There is an odor to the room that reminds me of my grandparents house when I was a child; a smell that comes from the sweat excessive work and play. It may be overwhelming to some. The shower works best as a bathtub/shower combo. Being so close to the train station was perfect for me. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Spanish steps. I had a great time and found it to be worth the price.

Excellent location, very close to the train station. The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is abundant. Dining in the rooftop garden is a very comfortable experience.

Exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, allowing you to walk all over Rome. Although the room and the hotel restaurant are small, they are very clean, and the facilities are sufficient (the shower is tiny, so tall or large guests should take note). I loved the floor-to-ceiling window/door. The European breakfast was quite good, with freshly ground coffee from the machine. The staff were very friendly and answered all our questions. It might get a bit stuffy in the summer, but early April was perfect.

It's about 500-600 meters to the train station, easily walkable. Breakfast is on the top floor with nice views. Overall, it's clean and safe, with an old-fashioned style to the facilities. This is my second time staying here.
