After arriving at termini the hotel was easy to find. Kindly received the key from a nice receptionist. Once we arrived at the room, it turned out that the door had been broken open, which is very unprofessional. Fortunately, we were immediately given another room after a complaint. There was no cold water in this room. Reported this and unfortunately couldn't do anything about it. At night you should be lucky that the neighbors are quiet. Walls are very thin so you hear everything that happens below, next to and above you. In the evening I even had to ask the neighbor to shut up..
Preparing the dining room for breakfast at 1:00 am was also not convenient. Chairs were pushed which could be heard throughout the hotel. Breakfast itself is a slice of white bread or yogurt with a sliced croissant. Fruit is poor quality
All in all, not a t****th time for me. Hotel is in serious need of renovation
