Excellent location, and the rooftop terrace is beautiful, perfect for visiting the Roman Forum and Colosseum area. However, the facilities are a bit old, and there aren't many amenities. The room had a smoke smell, and it wasn't very warm in winter.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The hotel had beautiful decor in the lobby and a great view from the terrace. I stayed in a single room, it had a comfortable bed and the necessary amenities - phone, fridge, hairdryer and safe box. When I needed an iron, I requested at the reception and got one to use. The service was good, staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was fine, pretty much the same offerings the 2 times I had breakfast. The location was excellent and had the tourist locations within walking distance (10-20mins).

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location, it's super close to the main attractions.
The downsides are hard to ignore. The hotel feels very dated. They're using blankets and heavy duvets, which was really uncomfortable. The hot water was a total nightmare, I had to run the tap for at least 5 minutes just to get it warm. The shower water constantly went from hot to cold. It even stayed cold, and I had to wait for minutes for the hot water to kick in again.

Hotel with excellent cleanliness and location, and very friendly staff. The only area for improvement is the variety of breakfast options. Additionally, the rooms—especially the bathrooms—could use renovation to match modern hotel standards. Nevertheless, it remains an excellent hotel, with great soundproofing and an exceptional location.
