每次出門要把鑰匙交給前台
唯一亮點是被褥夠厚。
也不提供瓶裝水和牙膏牙刷

Hotel molto comodo per la posizione (vicino alla stazione Termini), colazione nella media, non troppo eccelsa. Camere leggermente piccoline. La pulizia è abbastanza buona. (Noi eravamo in una camera ristrutturata da poco). Hotel ideale per pernottamento e colazione. Da elogiare la posizione.

Hotel carino, in un palazzo con altri hotel. L’edificio è molto vecchio e il cortile interno lo dimostra, ma la struttura si presenta carina, ben curata negli interni, la mia camera standard era funzionale, comoda, pulita. Il bagno privato era pulito, con tutto il necessario e anche una vasca qualora avessi voluto farmi un bagno.
Il servizio alla reception buono, essenziale e veloce. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out e reception sempre aperta.
A due passi dalla stazione Termini ma in zona tranquilla, con altri hotel.

L'unica nota positiva di questo hotel è la sua posizione strategica perché vicino alla stazione Termini, per cui facilmente raggiungibile. Per il resto è imbarazzante, dalle camere, minuscole e fatiscenti, con copriletti sporchi e impresentabili, ai corridoi, le porte che cadono, la reception con personale antipatico e indisponente. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è da dimenticare!

Hotel peggiore in cui io sia mai stata. Entrata veramente impresentabile. Accoglienza veramente indegna. Camere sporche e impresentabili con letti macchiati, finestre e tavolini rotti, porte che non si chiudono e docce walk in che allagano tutta la stanza. La posizione è comoda per i mezzi ma le tre stelle non sono per niente degne di questo posto impresentabile. Nell'armadio c'erano strati di polvere io mi sono riufiutata di metterci dentro i miei vestiti. Il mio phon era inutilizzabile come la presa per caricare il telefono che si staccava dal muro. La ventola che si trovava nella camera non andava le alcune luci non si accendevano. Per quanto mi riguarda l'hotel non è degno del prezzo e non ci tornerei mai.
