The location of the hotel is very good. The room is not big but the facilities are quite complete. The bathroom and toilet space are relatively large. The breakfast was very rich and the staff was kind and friendly.

Lovely, quiet small-ish hotel in a great neighborhood which we found convenient to walk everywhere. Small room, nice bathroom and very clean. We stayed in the guest suites next door to the main hotel. Breakfasts were great and Stefano and all the breakfast staff ensured we had everything we needed. Marcos ( the evening bartender- not 100% sure of his name) was also very nice and offered suggestions of places to go to in Sicily, our next stop. The front desk staff were amazing, kind and incredibly helpful. My partner’s wallet was pick-pocketed the first day of our trip and the staff were helpful in trying to accommodate us.

We were very surprised by how centrally located Barocco Hotel is located! Only a short walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain, a metro A line stop is a 30 second walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the service outstanding! We will be back next time in Rome!

Hotel Barocco was fantastic! An elegant & boutique full service hotel. Great, friendly staff. Fantastic food and drink. Located right in Piazza Barberini (a Metro Subway stop), and also within the shopping district. Also walkable to many of Rome’s must sees, specifically the Spanish Steps. Stefano & Gianluca are masters of their craft! Would Recommend!

Hotel Barocco is located in a perfect location near Spanish steps, Trevi, and Barberini Place. Shopping, dining and historic sites are all within minutes. The hotel is truly boutique and elegantly designed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - breakfast to go if you need it! We stayed in the room with a terrace that had a lovely view of the Barberini plaza below. The breakfast was just right. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
