The worst experience, when I arrive at the hotel they tell me that I don't have a reservation, I was without a room until 1 in the morning and in the end they ask me for a deposit of €200 until the matter is cleared up but my bank tells me that they charged me €200 and they didn't retain it... now I ran out of money for that hotel

the location is not good, far from bus/train station n very dangerous at night without light, not to mention the poor condition of the road that not flat to move trolley
breakfast is ok though
n forgot to mention i was charged 6€ per night as tax, not sure if it’s correct as i didn’t get any notification when i book it. think it’s expensive for 6per night

We arrived late due to flight delays, we were greeted by a friendly staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and better than expected. We were not expecting daily room cleaning, but received it. Our stay was very pleasant. We would stay again.

Viaje con la CAM un hotel de 4 estrellas inmerecidas, habitaciones pequeñas y sucias al llegar tuvimos que pedir mantas y nos las dieron sucias. Hay habitaciones que dan a la zona de comedor/desayuno con lo cual a las 5h30m se acabó el descanso. Mal comunicado se precisa metro y autobus para llegar al centro a la vuelta hay que recorrer unos 60 metros por carretera sin arcén. Un desastre

Sono stato al Black in occasione degli Internazionali di Tennis con amici. situato in buona posizione a pochi minuti di taxi dal centro e dalle principali location di Roma. Personale gentilissimo, camere pulite ed essenziali, colazione soddisfacente per qualità e quantità. Ampio parcheggio privato che per essere a Roma è un pregio clamoroso. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Da tornarci assolutamente.

Siamo stati in visita a Roma e abbiamo pernottato presso questo Hotel, purtroppo ci sono stati dei disagi che alla nostra partenza segnalavamo alla signora della reception …..così prontamente il direttore che era lì interveniva facendoci rimborsare l’intero soggiorno mostrando gentilezza ,serietà ,professionalità e soprattutto ONESTÀ ! Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Es soll ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein. Dem ist ganz und gar nicht so. Ich würde 1 Stern vergeben. In Deutschland sind die Jugendherbergen besser ausgestattet. Und ich spreche für über 40 Personen: Klimaanlage und Kühlschränke gingen nicht bei fast 30 Grad. 1-2 Bügel pro Person, kein Schrank, verstopfte Duschen und teilweise Toiletten, Föhn kaputt, kein Wasser im Schwimmbad, sehr mäßiges Essen, Rezeption nicht immer besetzt, so dass man keinen Kaffee o.a. bestellen konnte ... Reise vom 12. - 16.4.24.

Very nice, interesting design hotel, located in the western area of Rome and very close to the GRA. Characterised, as the name underlines, by being all black except for the light and very clean rooms, the impeccable staff are very welcoming, we will gladly return to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool which is also black.
