I had chosen this hotel because I had been there with my wife in September 2018 and enjoyed our stay for 5 nights . The quality of food is very good and the prices quoted are more than acceptable.the people at the resection are friendly and show great interest to serve you and fulfill your needs.

Since the moment i made my reservation the comunicacion via emails was 10 . Upon arrival checking was easy and very quick specially after 13 hours flights. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful.
Room was as expected. Simple, elegant, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent . Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Great location, can walk to many attractions and close to train. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Restaurant and bar on premises serve great food, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Will stay here again when we return to Rome.

I very nice full service hotel. friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable and clean room with a nice balcony. good breakfast in a nice area near the borgese gardens. would definitely return. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, the American embassy is around the corner on Via Veneto.

Very helpful staff at the check in desk. The room was clean and quiet and spacious. The breakfast was good although the dining area is too small for the number of guests. We had one dinner in the restaurant which I would not recommend. We walked everywhere from here so the location was great

Как приятно вернуться в любимый отель! Останавливалась в этом отеле около 10 лет назад. Запомнился высокий уровень сервиса, хорошие завтраки и особая атмосфера ненавязчивого гостеприимства. Затем никак не удавалось сделать там бронирование вновь, и одна из причин - отель реконструировался. Конечно, скоро ему 100 лет, и это было необходимо. В это посещение с удовольствием встретила тех же сотрудников, ощутила то же радушие и приветливость. Модернизированы туалетные комнаты, отремонтированы и заново меблированы номера. Хорошие матрасы и постельное белье. Отель сохранил свой классический стиль. Как артефакт, имеется старинная телефонная кабина недалеко от стойки регистрации. Моя комната была с большой красивой террасой. Тишина, спокойствие, поют птицы. Такси, вызванное на ресепшен, прибывает через 2-3 минуты. Люблю этот район, а когда есть возможность остановиться в этом отеле - это особое удовольствие.

We stayed from 2/8 thru 2/18 and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is older but centralized, rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Only bad thing is the hotel is on a busy street so if you have a front room you will hear some noise. I didn’t mind at all but some people may be bother by the street activity.
The staff is what made our stay so wonderful. Always willing to help! Vincent was just so nice, full of information. Just love talking to him!
Breakfast came with the stay, fresh pastries, cappuccinos, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal and juice.
The restaurant offered a great menu as well.
Overall, it was a great stay. We will stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

All of the staff, from those working the reception to the folks managing the morning breakfast were great, as well as the ladies caring for the rooms. This was our second year in a row to stay at this hotel. If we ever go back to Rome, we will stay there again.

The property is great and the people are wonderful! Every one of the staff is friendly and professional. They made our stay fantastic. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff was exceptional.
