Personale gentile , non merita le 4 stelle da declassare . L’aria nei bagni non funziona, alla reception ci hanno dato una risposta futile e non soddisfacente . Se andate con il treno consigliata la metro A direzione Anagnina con fermata cipro

Writing this review as I am sat in the lobby after checkout. Staff are okay, quite rude seems to depend what day you catch them on. Restaurant is okay, breakfast is very average. Rooms are dated and need a lot of work. Amenities are a joke. €15 charge for using the sauna. Gym is dates with equipment from early 90’s some of which doesn’t even work. I actually managed to catch the owner of the hotel to discuss and he basically said hard luck if you don’t like it stay somewhere else. Not impressed.

An aging hotel, far from the major tourist attractions.
Our room was large with a balcony.
We had 2 welcome bottles of water, but they were no longer there for the next days (frankly for a 4 star it sucks).
The restaurant's food is good, we tried it twice.
The restaurant staff is not very cheerful (apart from a young blonde woman with glasses), we only have the impression of disturbing them when we come to dine.
