Personale gentile , non merita le 4 stelle da declassare . L’aria nei bagni non funziona, alla reception ci hanno dato una risposta futile e non soddisfacente . Se andate con il treno consigliata la metro A direzione Anagnina con fermata cipro

Writing this review as I am sat in the lobby after checkout. Staff are okay, quite rude seems to depend what day you catch them on. Restaurant is okay, breakfast is very average. Rooms are dated and need a lot of work. Amenities are a joke. €15 charge for using the sauna. Gym is dates with equipment from early 90’s some of which doesn’t even work. I actually managed to catch the owner of the hotel to discuss and he basically said hard luck if you don’t like it stay somewhere else. Not impressed.

Un hôtel vieillissant, excentré des grands lieux touristiques.
Notre chambre était grande avec un balcon.
Nous avons eu 2 bouteilles d'eau de bienvenue, mais elles n y sont plus pour les recouches les jours suivants (franchement pour un 4 étoiles ca craint).
La nourriture du restaurant est bonne, nous l avons testé à 2 reprises.
Le personnel du restaurant n est pas très souriant (hormis une jeune femme blonde à lunette), on n'a un peu l'impression de les deranger quand on vient dîner.

The place is almost 15 walk from Metro and you can find easily staff around

Hôtel très agréable, beau, élégant, calme, plein de touristes américains et autres. Personnel très gentil qui parle français et anglais. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! Situé à 20 minutes à pieds du Vatican.
