Was very good stay

The price/performance ratio is relatively high, the room is quite big, but there is no sunshine

There are not many breakfast categories. Just bread, ham, salad. The hotel service is very good. It was my birthday when I checked in and a bottle of champagne was given as a gift. The sofa bed may be too old. There is a dent in the middle. When you lie down, it feels like there is an empty space in the middle. The location is great, very close to the attractions, almost within walking distance

The room is very spacious, with a small balcony, a separate luggage room, and the bathroom is a little small, but it doesn't affect it. We brought a 4-year-old child, added a baby bed, put a cute bedding, and sent a bear to accompany the child to sleep. The most important thing is that the staff are very friendly, and everyone is sincerely helping me. Answer The questions are also super detailed. I marked each scenic spot on the map and how to plan the most reasonable way. Although sometimes I can’t understand English mixed with Italian, I really appreciate them. The breakfast is also good. The service staff in the restaurant are very friendly, especially for children.

Frankly this room was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. It is not the peak tourist season, so it is really disappointing to stay in such a small and pitiful room at such an expensive price, not to mention that it is not in the scenic spot. If it weren't for the delicious breakfast, I would really give a bad review. The attitude of the service staff was okay. Hygiene is clean!

The location of this hotel is great for site seeing as it is walkable to all main attractions. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are as you would expect, beds comfortable. There was no aircon which meant the room was very hot! We asked at reception for it to be turned on but was told it was winder so would only heat the rooms. When we opened a window our room was then filled with the smell of cigarettes as the central court yard is used for smoking and seems to trap the smell. It was also very noisy with the window open as the court yard being small and enclosed also channels noise! So we didn’t sleep very well sadly. I’m sure if the weather hadn’t been so warm for February (20 degrees) and/or the aircon on we would have been fine. Breakfast was the standard European breakfast. If we were visiting again we would probably not add breakfast and head to a cafe instead. Overall I would say this is a nice hotel to provide the good base for visiting a wonderful city.

From the check in process to our departure everything went smoothly and we had an enjoyable stay. There was a large assortment for breakfast and it was constantly staffed. The room was comfortable and the hotel was located in an area where we could walk to many things.

Overall I really like this hotel. It's location was pretty good as Rome is so big there's no real central place that would be perfect. The breakfast was really good and the bar was great for wrapping up a day of touring. The closest thing to a complaint was the bed was a bit hard, but I found that to be the case with all the hotels we stayed in in Italy. I'd happily stay at this hotel again if I go back.

This hotel was within walking distance to many of the tourist locations, most specifically the Vatican. Check in , check out was quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast each day had a nice variety of items. Bell service staff was so helpful with our luggage and in calling a taxi for us when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. All was excellent except our room could use some new paint and other minor touches. Breakfast was superb and the staff was helpful and happy to please.

The desk personnel happily made dinner reservations, arranged for a taxi, arranged purchase of next-day Vatican Museum tickets when they appeared sold out online. Extraordinary service. Genuinely helpful. The room was amazing too. Exceptionally clean and well designed bathroom. I have found my go to hotel in Rome.

There was no cellphone coverage or wifi coverage in the room. We had to go to the lobby to have access to internet. Hotel staff were notified but nothing was fixed. The room was clean and quiet.
