Al Manthia Hotel - Gruppo Trevi Hotels

The brioche at breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The location is good and close to the station, but the entrance is a flight of stairs, which was difficult with a suitcase.

Hotel in an excellent location close to the subway and Termini station, excellent value for money. The only flaw is the breakfast which was not included in the room and I paid 15 euros for a cappuccino and a croissant, and the tourist tax of 7.5 euros as it is 4 stars (obviously it has nothing to do with the hotel)

It's very crowded and small. You have to wait a long time for the elevator. The quilt was not sewn together... Then we chose two single beds. When we checked in, we forgot to confirm that we were given a double bed room directly, and we were too lazy to change... The front desk service was quite good.

Che dire, nel complesso non è male. L'ingresso con scale in discesa verso un locale riadattato a hall non è particolarmente consono in fatto di comodità, però è graziosa. La mia camera molto piccola, essendo un palazzo nobiliare rimaneggiato solo qualche stanza ai piani è di normale superficie, confermato dalle dimensioni delle scale ed ascensore, comunque visto quanto costa una camera qualche metro quadrato in più lo avrei gradito, come non ho gradito il concetto moderno di armadio. Hotel con spazi molto sacrificati cosa che noterete. Da segnalare qualche formica di troppo vista la vegetazione nella breakfast room. A proposito della colazione, non male, il personale di sala esaudisce ogni desiderio per i laguorini mattuttini. Ottima interazione con il personale della hall. La pulizia sufficiente. Le quattro stelle un po stirate. Comunque il punto forte è la sua posizione, Via delle Quattro Fontane, l'albergo è tra il muro di cinta del Quirinale e Palazzo Barberini con la fermata della metropolitana a 150 metri su Piazza Barberini.

Small and very cramped hotel. The room is very narrow. The hotel only has one elevator which is very slow, and when the rooms are cleaned the service collapses. The reception smells musty and the service has a lazy attitude at times. The hotel is otherwise clean.

Staying at this Hotel because the Trevi Hotel sent us there, we met PAOLO (the receptionist), a rude, arrogant, pushy person who wanted to charge us the tourist tax that the Trevi Hotel had told us not to pay due to the inconvenience caused by the change of hotel. He urged us in a very bad way to leave the hotel. He made us waste our time and feel totally uncomfortable with his shouts and bad manners PAOLO IMPRESSIVE

Room for 3 people, comfortable beds, a queen on a mezzanine and a double on the bottom. Small room, suitcases had to be left on the floor and clothes were left in suitcases, no closets. Good bathroom. Very good, varied breakfast. The location is very good, close to the metro, the Trevi Fountain, and several restaurants. The hotel has an elevator, but to enter the hotel, the reception is in the basement, so when you enter you have to take your suitcases down a flight of stairs.

Since we arrived we received excellent attention. The hotel staff is very nice, friendly and attentive. Breakfast very good, well located, close to everything, walking. Very good recommendation of restaurants and places to visit. We will be back soon!
