La ubicación es excelente, acceesible a todos los puntos importantes de la ciudad. La atención es muy buena y muy limpio. El desayuno es poco variado, no es malo pero deberían ampliar un poco la variedad. Lo malo es que no tiene recepción, el check in / out se hace en el hotel concordia que es a la vuelta. Además de eso, cuando hice el check out, el chico de recepción me ofreció dejar la mochila hasta la hora que me recogieran para ir al aeropuerto. Cuando la fui a retirar, no se acordaba dónde la había guardado (al rato la encontró) y si realmente había hecho el check out (siendo que lo había hecho una hora antes). Deberían de prestar más atención.

This hotel is not what it used to be. I had stayed in here, and I remember friendly staff. Now you have no contact with them unless you go to a different property/hotel. There is no one at the front desk. You have to go to a different hotel to check in or any other issue you may have. I would never come back to this hotel again.

We stayed at the “La Fenice” hotel, from 24 Nov to 27 Nov. On the first night we were confronted with the presence of “bed bugs” in the room. We filed a complaint with the hotel, for which we are still awaiting a response. The solution presented was to change rooms, which we accepted. The remaining stay was uneventful. The plague is a known issue and according to what we found out, it is a common problem at the hotel, so we asked for a refund for the first night as well as the laundry bill for the costs of washing clothes and backpacks (according to recommendations from the health authority). lack of complaints book and/or response from the hotel to date.

I booked a room at Hotel la Fenice in Metropolitan Rome, through *******. The pictures online were nothing like the hotel or room that is advertised on line. There is no front desk service at all-EVER(so, no security), despite the pictures on line that show a beautiful reception area and a person behind the desk. The tiny room was musty, moldy, and very, very basic. The outside of the building was dirty and disgusting. Don't trust the pictures for Hotel la Fenice 'basic room'. I expected more going through *******. Very disappointed.

My room was 304. The carpet floor was dusty, old and dirty. I woke up the first morning with my legs full of pecks. The next day I discovered that there were bedbugs in my room and they were big. I spoke to the receptionist and she just shrugged her shoulders, I asked her for a claim sheet and she told me that they didn't have it as I had booked with *********** that she would claim it from them. That the hotel washed its hands. A little shameful and stupid. I will never go back because I don't want to go through the same thing again.

We should have stayed in this hotel for the Circomax concert. Unfortunately however, the room in question was literally infested with bed bugs! After reporting the matter to the receptionist, we were given a replacement room in a hotel not far from there (the Cecil).

Hotel was very conveniently located for sightseeing and for the price was fairly good value. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The property seemed fairly clean until we were biten by bedbugs during the night, which means we wouldn't stay there again unfortunately.

We stayed six nights, eight family members in four rooms. There were bedbugs in one of them, when we reported it they gave us another one. The buffet breakfast was the same every day, the waiter was very friendly. One of the days we couldn't be there at breakfast time, we asked them not to have it for a picnic and they told us yes, when we went to pick it up it wasn't there. We had to go without it, having already paid. They should have warned us since we were leaving at 6:30 by train to Florence without having breakfast with children. When we returned we told them but they didn't pay attention to us. Every day they cleaned and changed dirty towels.
