The hotel is located ten minutes by metro from Roma Termini in a quiet and peaceful area but super convenient to reach by public transport. Nearby shops, bars, pharmacies, restaurants .... The staff is friendly and helpful, good and plentiful breakfast. Uncomfortable beds and smells like smoke. We had to clean the filters on the bathroom taps because barely a tiny bit of water came out. Poor breakfast, we asked for some water and we were given a used bottle filled at the tap. The only positive note: well-organized neighborhood and nearby metro station
