Я заказал отель и предоставил номер действующей кредитной карты. По непонятной, в первое время, для меня причиной, моя карта не прошла. Меня сняли с брони, оповестив по интернету, который у меня не работал, не удосужившись дождаться несколько часов!!! Потом мне стало понятно, что мой номер перепродали! Мошенники!!

這是我們第一次來羅馬(Rome),所以我們在Hotwire搜尋了一下,想找一家離旅遊景點近的酒店,猜測這樣會很吵,有很多人。讓我們驚訝的是,我們的客房衝著安靜的風景如畫的密涅瓦廣場(piazza della Minerva)。最明顯的聲音是晚上有非常浪漫的小提琴聲。 十多歲的孩子們住的是一間大客房,配有陽台,面朝一個寧靜的內側庭院 。我們升級到了一間套房(suite),不會太擠,給我們提供了很大的起居空間。 大堂,公共區域和裝飾很棒,使得這兒有綠洲一般的環境,能讓你更輕鬆地融入到這個繁忙的城市和鬥獸場(coloseum),中心廣場(forum),等地方的人羣之中,這些地方都是走路就可以到。 早餐很好——在一家意大利酒店裡,你不會吃到炸薯條和煎餅——但是我們吃到了燕麥,格蘭諾拉燕麥卷,煎蛋,水果,薰三文魚,等等。有天晚上我們在酒吧吃了些小吃,不過沒有在酒店吃晚餐,因為價格高。 我們確實去嘗試了附近幾家餐廳,最喜歡的是跟飲食店一樣的Ristorante Der Pallaro,引用他們非菜單上的話來説,“您喜歡什麼,我們就供應什麼”。 有好幾次,禮賓都竭力為我們服務,特別是我讓他們幫忙去弄劇場裏很賣座的La Taviata票的時候。實際上他們拿來了兩張,我卻傻乎乎地拒絕了,想找一個更好的晚上。 他們後來派了一個員工去劇院,看還有沒有票。他們沒弄成,不過他們的努力讓我印象深刻。不好的方面是,有的晚上電視上看不了電影,而且他們給客人準備的電腦很慢,我很慶幸自己帶來了筆記本電腦。 他們發現了這個問題,然後在客人要求的時候,允許客人使用他們的辦公電腦和打印機。我懷疑,但是並不確定,出租車從酒店出發要比從其它地方走要貴。總之,關於這家酒店,我沒有非常不滿的,很高興再來這兒住(特別是按Hotwire提供的價格)。

I wish I had spent more time at this hotel to give it a better review. I had only 24 hours and I picked this hotel for its location. I wanted to be bright and early by the Pantheon to avoid the long lines. The hotel is across from the Pantheon on a narrow street.The doorman was not very helpful with luggage, and the receptionist took forever to check us in. The room was clean and bigger than I expected. The roof top was very nice however due to covid, service was limited. I will go back and stay here longer to get a better feel.

Un 5 stelle non può essere così!! Sicuramente un vantaggio non da poco è la posizione: centrale e vicino al pantheon con una vista mozzafiato sui tetti della città. Ad aggiungersi l’ottimo servizio di ristorazione con un ricco buffet a colazione. Bella la hall all’entrata ma molti spazi comuni o passaggi sono assolutamente da ristrutturare e rimodernare. Le camere, benché ben tenute e con grandi spazi a disposizione , sono obsolete (per non dire vecchie) ed il bagno ancor di più. Le foto non rispecchiano la mia camera. La doccia che faceva fuoriuscire l’acqua sul pavimento, disastrosamente macchiato, rendeva quasi inagibile il bagno. Quanto descritto sicuramente non fa rientrare questa struttura in un hotel a cinque stelle… forse un tempo!

We stayed here from July 8 thru July 11/ 2021. Our flight was cancelled so we had to come one day later. The Hotel was nice enough not to charge for one day that we could not make. We called the hotel from the Airport as soon as we knew we won't be there July 7. Everyone was nice and professional. Our room was big and super clean, great view from our room #434. The only problem I had was that they charged 100 euros for our simple breakfast. My husband had an omelet and I had sunny side up eggs with bacon and 2 croissants, 1 yogurt, 2 cappuccinos, and mixed cheeses. It wasn't a buffet breakfast. I will stay again at this hotel but without breakfast unless they have a buffet breakfast like the picture shown in the lobby. They also did a good job of providing a taxi from the Airport. We do recommend this Hotel.

Les chambres étaient belle (classique pour nous ) et le rooftop superbe la cuisine assez raffinée mais c’est l’équivalent d’un 4 étoiles français un grand merci a Fabio qui a été superbe avec nous. Sur le rooftop vous aurez vraiment une vue agréable , les chambres sont spatieuse (petit secret nous avions la 405 qui dispose d’une terrasse privative ;) )

Худший персонал из всех , который я когда либо видела . У отеля пять звёзд 🤦🏻‍♀️Ребята , как так ? Или в центре столицы Италии не принято здороваться с гостями отеля ? Попросили администратора забронировать столик в ресторане , небыло мест , Окей , но сообщить на об этом сотруднице пятизвездочного отеля было сложно 🤷🏻‍♀️Поднос с грязной посудой стоял у номера ПОЛДНЯ 🤦🏻‍♀️Умолчу о том что даже бутылки воды в виде комплимента нет в номере, не говоря о чае /кофе . Кааккк ???? Не рекомендую и не вернусь больше.

Das einzige was toll ist, ist die Lage. Absolut top, alles in Rom gut zu Fuss erreichbar! Lesen Sie bitte die ganze Bewertung bis zum Ende, es widerspiegelt meinen subjektiven Eindruck den ich gewonnen habe und ich denke es geht vielen ähnlich die hier abgestiegen sind aber sich nicht die Mühe machen es zu bewerten. Die Lage ist das Einzige was gut ist an diesem Hotel! Ich habe vor der Buchung die Bewertungen angesehen und habe die negativen Bewertungen nicht beachtet da so viele positive Bewertungen vorhanden waren! Nun frage ich mich ob diese echt oder fake waren! Denn wenn ich die Negativen jetzt lese entsprechen diese 100% der Realität! Das Hotel entspricht nie und nimmer einem 5 Sterne Haus, ich würde das Hotel maximum mit 3 Sterne bewerten! Die Zimmer sind klein und ziemlich abgewohnt! Sehr kleine Badzimmer und die Armaturen der Dusche sind verkalkt und alles lottert! Die Zimmer sind ungemütlich und kühl! Es gibt kein Trinkwasser und man kann auch kein Kaffee oder Tee machen im Zimmer was ich erwarte von einem 5 Sterne Haus! In den Gängen blättert überall die Farbe von den Wänden und die Teppiche sehen schmutzig und sehr fleckig aus! Die Dachterrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aber das ist schon alles! Die Dachterrasse ist wie in den 90er Jahren möbliert und nicht mehr zeitgemäss! Das Angebot ist absolut überteuert und hat eine schlechte Qualität Essen wie auch Getränke und ich meine wirklich schlecht! Ich bin ausgebildeter Hotelier und habe meine Ausbildung an einer Hotelfachschule in der Schweiz gemacht, reise weltweit sehr viel und liebe gute Hotels und gutes Essen! Ich bin bereit auch eher hohe Preise zu bezahlen aber in diesem Hotel hat nichts gepasst ausser der Lage! Das Frühstück ist ein Witz für den Preis! Sehr schlechter Kaffee und die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr klein und nicht ausreichend! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich aber eher auf eine arrogante Art ohne Herzlichkeit und sehr distanziert und nicht gerade hilfsbereit, eher widerwillig haben sie mir geholfen ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe zu finden und die Empfehlung war eine Reinfall! Ich habe auch Koch gelernt und kenne gute frische Küche! Bei der Abreise haben wir dann ein Taxi zum Flughafen an der Rezeption bestellt und 35 Euro mehr bezahlt als wir bei der Anreise zahlen mussten! Also für mich ist dieses Haus nicht empfehlenswert! Ich rate ab es zu buchen!

While making a reservation on line we mistakenly prepaid for three nights for our honeymoon in October after arriving from a cruise. When we came down with COVID we had to cancel our trip. We immediately contacted the hotel and explained our health situation being in our 70's and 80's. They refused to give us a refund but said we could change the name on our reservation!! At the time the EU was recommending the EU countries not admit Americans due to COVID. Now just a few weeks later on October 26 we have rebooked our cruise and contacted the hotel to say we will come in April for five nights and would like to use the $1500 as a partial payment for our stay. NOW they say that they are closing Dec. 1 for "refurbishment" and we have lost our money! Not offered even a partial refund as Good Faith and I'll bet they rented that room again for the three nights we paid for. Shame, Shame on them. A Monsignor with the Catholic church recommended the hotel to us and he is mortified.
