The hotel had no running air conditioning. However, they did bring us a portable room air conditioner. The problem with that was it blew hot air out of the back of the machine and heated up the room. Cleanliness of the floors, especially along the wall, was not good.

Excellent location where you can walk to the main places in Rome. The hotel is somewhat old. Very nice staff.

The hotel is severely dated, separate hot and cold water faucets which make a shower burning hot or cold. The bathroom on the entrance level was filthy. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The only redeeming quality is the location but that is not enough for me to ever decide to stay here again. I wish I had read the earlier review that said the hotel was like a two star motel. I have learned my lesson: read reviews before booking!

Je suis medusee par les avis excellents Je n ai pas eu la chance d avoir une chambre correspondant à un 4 étoiles mais plutôt médiocre :moquette au lieu de parquet comme sur les photos La plus petite de l étage.pas de rangement ni dans la chambre ni da ns la salle de bain Dommage car le lieu est parfait pour les visites.

It's a little old, but it's not bad to rest. But its location to visit Rome is perfect. 6 minutes from the fountain and 10 from Plaza de España. Breakfast is quite good. I thought it was only continental, but it was a small buffet. The reception was quite pleasant.

Stayed here for 4 days to finish our honeymoon through Italy. It was perfectly located that most locations were a walk away and anything further away you could get a taxi from the front desk or a FreeNow request. It was located such that taxis were always available and you were not competing with tons of tourists for a ride. The room was very nice and spacious and the staff were extremely nice. This was the second time to Rome and this hotel was much better than our hotel last time as the building has plenty of space and gives a Rome feel without being as small as many hotels. I would highly recommend staying here for those looking to be centralized in Rome.

Hotel should not be considered 4 stars. The location is great, we were able to reach the most emblematic places on foot in a short distance. However, the hotel needs a lot of renovation work both in terms of the rooms and the room where breakfast is served.
