意料之外的滿意，為我們三個人提供了一間很大的房間，房間的洗手液也很好聞，營造出了一種温馨的感覺，交通也很便利。

Location is best , close to Termini ( mean close to everywhere ). So also room was very clean , cleaning every day. But there are not kettle , cups , small tv. But i overall recommend this hotel to everyone.

Отель находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от Roma Centrale, но в противоположную от центра сторону. Комната удобная, хочется больше света. Можно оставить багаж до заселения. Завтрак не брала, стоит 15 евро. Доброжелательный персонал на ресепшен.

酒店非常不錯，離火車站很近，去那裡都方便，公交車地鐵近。各大景點有直達車，早點特別好，品種齊全，下次來還會住這裏。

衞生：很乾凈，每天有人打掃及消毒
環境：離中央火車🚄站步行距離10分鐘，酒店出門拐彎就是地圖站，公交車站也在步行5分鐘的距離內；
設施：電梯🛗是歐洲老式的那種，比較慢，比較小；隔音不太好，好在客人們都比較自覺，晚上走動時都比較注意；

10시쯤에 도착했더니 방이 없다면서 호텔 캠브리지로 가라고 사과의 뜻도 비치지 않고 안내했습니다 1초전에 체크인한 앞의 투숙객에는 방을 주었어요 미리 명단이 빠져있는것처럼 느꼈구요 호텔 켐브리지에 미리 페이했으니 가면 된다고 지도보고 안내했습니다 미리 메일로 안내를 했다면 환불하고 체크인하지 않았을거예요 옮긴 호텔은 최악이였어요 방은 너무 좁고 룸은 우리나라 옛날 여관같았습니다 방엔 휴지통도 없고 화장실에 샤워기는 고장나 있어서 세면대에 머리만 겨우 감았습니다 다시는 여고 트립닷컴 이욤할지 의문이네요 보상절차 의논중입니다 로마여행을 최악으로 만들었습니다

一共訂了4天因為簽證原因導致前兩天沒法入住 提前和客服溝通延期入住 但是到了酒店前台告知已被取消訂單 然後去了另一家酒店住
這家酒店的床非常小 也很吵 環境差
