Le docce erano sporche il cibo era scarso le camere erano strette le finestre si aprivano con difficoltà i canali TV erano molto pochi i climatizzatore non funzionavano e stata un esperienza poco piacevole infatti non tutte le stanze erano uguali altre erano uguali infatti alcune erano più pulite

Hotel pulito, comodo, con un ottimo ristorante e tutti i servizi essenziali accanto (supermercato con gastronomia, parafarma, parrucchiere, negozio calzature e abbigliamento, etc). Personale molto molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

L’hotel è fantastico, io e il mio fidanzato ci veniamo spesso da 3 anni a questa parte, ci siamo sempre trovati super bene, le camere sono molto spaziose e accoglienti, da poco hanno inserito il free-refill per l’acqua, una cosa ottima, la pulizia è svolta in maniera ottimale, e del resto il personale è educatissimo e molto professionale!!!

io e mio marito abbiamo fatto una fuga romantica in questo hotel, ci complimentiamo col personale sia della reception e con i camerieri a cena e al buffet del mattino, davvero cordiali e alla mano , ci siamo sentiti coccolati, ma da rivedere un po la camera che per un hotel a 4 stelle ci aspettavamo un frigo con acqua e qualcosina da stuzzicare, mentre al bagno mancavano un po di accessori che avrei ritenuto importanti per un hotel cosi bello, senza poi dover uscire per forza ! per il resto ringraziamo il personale !! Mentre darei 10 per la cacio e pepe e amatriciana che so o state ottime, per non parlare del buffet perfetto e molto abbondante !!

The staff and manager very rude. The shower was gross and had spots all over it, the shower head didn’t work and wouldn’t close. The toilet had disgusting res spots on it. The breakfast was always the same, disgusting and dry cold croissants.

magnificent place recommended for families and couples nothing is missing shopping center pargheggio, absolute silence... very friendly staff for sure if I come again you will be my first contact... thanks see you next time. I forgot top breakfast..

We were there with my girlfriend, nice place, courteous and helpful staff, very nice and spacious rooms... distances from the center 15/20 minutes basically excellent 3 days, perhaps the only flaw was the excessive ****** of the cleaning girls in the early morning
