This hotel is disgusting. First of all, the front desk has a bad attitude and poor English. The decoration is like a hotel in a TV series in the 1980s. The room is very dirty. I really had to clean the room and toilet. I was given a patio room and a wardrobe. Even if you close the closet door, the lights will come on every once in a while. The next door is very noisy and the sound insulation is poor. I can’t choose anything for breakfast. I eat a piece of bread every day. The coffee is terrible. No slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste. Free water. You can definitely find a cheaper accommodation with this kind of accommodation, or choose a better one that costs a few hundred yuan a night. one night short stay upon arrival to Rome and before departure to suburb city.. 5min from Roma Termini, which was super convenience and easily found within walking distance..
one nice Chinese restaurant right opposite the hotel.. many restaurant selection nearby..

The worst four-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The only advantage is that it is located close to Roma Termini train station.
When we checked in, we were told that we had been upgraded to a suite, but it turned out that it was just a double bed room with an open sofa bed. The room seemed crowded. The hotel facilities are old and the quilts are washed gray and have holes. The room was not ventilated and stuffy, and the restaurant downstairs was very noisy in the middle of the night and in the morning. Breakfast was also very poor, the eggs seemed not fresh. The attitude of the waiters is average and they basically don't smile. Will not choose this hotel again!
