Hotel Delle Nazioni

Hotel is in a great location just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Lady on reception was particularly helpful and pleasant. Room was nice with comfortable bed. Bathroom was huge, however shower was not.. Shower water was mostly Luke warm, could not get it hot enough., Breakfast was average, but sufficient and filled our tummies for the start of the day. They use cordial for juice though and our second morning, ‘juice’ tasted like water! City tax of €7.50 per adult per night is payable on departure.,

I had such a great time in Rome. The service I received was wonderful. My room was always clean and warm. I came alone and the room was a double so two people could have easily stayed in my room comfortably. The hotel staff were helpful and they answered all my questions. The location was fantastic and it was easy to find. I only had coffee at the bar so I can't comment on the restaurant food. I did have breakfast everyday with my 3-day stay which was good, there was a wide range.

even though we were here one night, I would not be back and I wouldn’t return our recommend. Check in and out was easy. Helpful front desk the so-called bar, wine, cocktails, etc. they had no bourbon no whiskey lemoncello and no one behind the bar to serve you after 10 minute wait, I went behind the bar and poured a glass wine and left a five euro bill. decent breakfast, a few odd choices, sausage, and sauerkraut, scrambled eggs, rice with peas and carrots, lots and lots of pastries, jam, jellies, etc., but they did have a pancake machine which was pretty cool and again on the odd side in addition to maple syrup they had peanut sauce. spacious clean room, bed was OK, flat skinny pillows, OK bathroom,. Very noisy in the hallway, arguing neighbors, next-door, and room upstairs kept dragging furniture.

We booked the hotel after being cancelled by another hotel. I am so glad the last hotel cancelled as I found this hotel excellent on arrival we were greeted with lovely smiling pleasant reception staff who were so helpful and give us all the information we needed and asked for. Arrived to our room lovely and clean really fresh clean bed sheets. Which were changed on the second day of staying as well Double bed and good sized bathroom with complimentary shower gel, shampoo, body wash, and health kit. Double doors opening onto the front area of the hotel. This hotel is about 1-2 minutes away from Trevi fountain and maybe 5-6 minute walk from Spanish steps. As said in other reviews for being so central you don't hear any noise at night and can have a great night's rest. Reception staff helped book any taxis we asked for spoke in excellent English but we tried to speak some Italian aswel seeing as we were in Italy and wanted to respect their culture. Breakfast was a continental breakfast loads of hams, cheeses, breads, cereal and some scrambled egg etc all you would need to fill up in the morning. Coffee machine was what all hotels have and offered a great selection of Cappuccino, americano,latte, espresso and a range of herbal teas with fresh lemon slices etc. I couldn't fault it at all When leaving the hotel we were given a late checkout and hotel kept our luggage as we were leaving Rome later in the day. Staff also kindly booked us a taxi and when we were there we forgot travel adapters hotel kindly let us borrow one. Over all would recommend this hotel on location, cleanliness, lovely staff and overall great hotel. I would book here again if visiting Rome thank you to the lovely staff for making mine and my husbands staff so lovely. This being a very late honeymoon for us it was extra special.

Wonderfully located. Although only a stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain which is a busy area, it was actually very quiet in the hotel. Within walking distance of the Spanish Steps, Collisseum and even Vatican City is walkable. Staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast selection was much better than anticipated. I would definitely stay here again.
