The hair dryer was broken, so I asked for repair or replacement, but there was no change after the answer. Stayed 3 nights. there are ants Air conditioner works well

The rooms are not as they appear in the photos, they are much smaller and outdated. We reserved and paid for 3 people (2 adults and a child under 16 years of age) and there was a confusion between the intermediary and the owner and they gave us a room with a double bed in which the 3 of us had to sleep and the owner tells me that He lets me sleep there as a favor and if I'm not interested, I can look for something else, but the next day he changes us for a supplement of 50 euros and when the next day he arrives he says that he doesn't have a room and that he will have to look for another hotel in Rome. Finally, the 3 of us stayed the other night in the double bed. The owner was not friendly or professional at all and made our stay in Rome stressful.

The hotel is terrible, poorly maintained, there were insects on the sheets. Cleaning was not well done, there was hair in the bathroom. Wifi offered, barely catches in the hallway. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Nuestro vuelo se retrasó, contacté con ellos para avisar ya que íbamos a llegar bastante justas de tiempo, llegamos a las 23:00 hora punta que había para hacer el check in, la chica que nos atendió super amable, nos puso facilidades. Nos explico todo muy bien. La habitación no esta mal, quizá como he leído por aquí las paredes algo descuidadas pero es normal, el colchón si no me equivoco es de muelles, algo incómodo para mí parecer, pero por lo demás está bien, el baño impecable, con jabón y champú, nos hicieron la habitación y nos cambiaban las toallas. Calidad precio bastante bien

Ante todo hay que saber que es un sitio para ir a dormir y estar en buena zona, calidad precio inmejorable. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena. Cama comoda y aire acondicionado, balconcillo a patio de luces. Tv con posibilidad de Netflix y otras plataformad. Sabanas y toallas al igual que la hsbitación muy limpias, las paredes un poco sucias pero es normal con tanta gente que ha pasado este verano. Ducha, secador y productos para baño. Sadaf y una chica de la limpieza muy majas, la 1° noche vimos que se había fundido la luz de la habitación, lo dijimos por la mañana y al volver la habían cambiado y nos habían hecho la habitación, cosa que no entraba, todo un detalle. Edificio antiguo con encanto. Parada de bus para el centro a pocos metros, muy buena zona.
